Staff were friendly and attentive. The unit was clean and had good amenities. Bedroom was cramped and front security door broken so ventilation was a subsequent issue

El motel es una maravilla. Todo cuidado al detalle. Las camas con mantas eléctricas, el baño con lámparas calefactoras y el servicio fabuloso. Lo recomiendo.

We arrived in the afternoon, on our way to another location. The owner was at Reception. She was so helpful and friendly. She allowed me to use the washing machine free and I only had to pay for the dryer… which was only $4! The room and bathroom was immaculate. We left early but I would highly recommend… Bicheno in Tasmania is a wonderful seaside little town… beautiful

Nice quiet motel, 5min walk to the beautiful Redbill Beach, and a 3min drive to the town centre. The staff were absolutely wonderful. We stayed in the family room which was cosy and clean. Facilities were in good working order. Toaster, kettle and a small fridge were all adequate for our needs. Soap and shampoo was supplied, but you'll need to bring your own face washer and shower cap.

Sign in room saying ‘No room cleaning due to Covid’, really?☹️ You have to leave your towels outside the room if you want clean ones and I assume the clean ones would be left outside as well!

Our stay here was ok. The floor wasn’t particularly clean and there is no air conditioning. There was a fan in the kitchen/living area. The apartment was quite small but met our needs.

The cabin layout suited our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers). Highlight was the 5 minute walk down to the beach where we saw some fairy penguins come ashore.

The motel is warm, clean and comfortable. The owner provided fantastic service. She provided recommendations for dinner and breakfast the next day. She also went above and beyond to ship me items of clothing that I left behind by mistake. Would definitely stay again.

Decent budget stay but quality of fixtures are not great and our room was a bit noisy as it was attached to the main house next door. Heater was barely adequate for the winter cold.

Clean and tidy. Room operated on a key start for power which shut the heater off when you leave the room. Quite annoying. About 2 k from the town centre. A bit overpriced.
