The Bed Mattresses and cousins were primitive, it was very very soft and keep fallen from bed, I had to sleep on the floor and use the blankets as beds on the floor. It was the worse sleeping night. They should change the beds mattresses and cousins.

Excellent affordable hotel
Very quick check in, large room with all the needed amenities, lovely rainfall shower. Comfortable bed. Pillows a bit small compared to what I’m use to at home in UK but more of them in the cupboard

Staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was fab massive room with living area small fridge, free use of the safe in room and tv's in 2 rooms great bathroom facilities and clean and quiet. Couldnt of asked for more, breakfast was also good, plenty of choice.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. And the staff made it that extra special, they were so helpful, so nice and polite and friendly. I absolutely loved my stay in Belgium, we stayed at this hotel as it was close to Bruges. I stronger recommend to stay here. But bare in mind parking is abit awkward as you need to update your time card on the dash of the card every 3 hours and free parking from 8pm to 8am. but ask the hotel staff and they will assist you. I will stay here again.

Ok for a short stay
Hotel is easy to find from the E40. There is parking outside the hotel. This is limited to 3hrs and you need to display a parking plaquette. There is free parking over the otherside of the road on some waste ground. Check in was quick. Room was nice. Bed was huge. There was a kettle and a small fridge in the room. Our room faced the front, but with window closed we couldn't hear anything. There was a wedding reception on at the hotel when we arrived. Couldn't hear that either. Aircon in the room was nice. Bathroom was a little tired. Parts look new. Shower was waterfall shower head. This is fixed and quite high up with no attachments. Somewhat difficult if you have long hair. The water is soft and pressure wasn't great. Supposedly eco friendly but I spent over double the time I'd usually spend washing my hair as it took ages to get enough water to rinse the shampoo out. Very frustrating, and very style over practical use. Not having height adjustable also very irritating if you are short. Breakfast was good. The fresh bread and rolls were delicious. Get there early and there are small pastries too. Fresh fruit is tinned. Lots of cheeses, meat salmon to choose from. Lactose free options for yoghurts. Pancake maker, boil your own eggs, cook your own omlette. Hot dog sausages. The town centre is a few mins walk away, varied selection of restaurants and fast food/take away options. Railway station is 20min walk. There's a small supermarket in town too.

Great hotel! Definitely 4 star!
This hotel is 20 mins from Ghent. We stayed here for its close proximity to Ghent, to see Gravensteen castle. The hotel is great with lots of free parking. There are stores within walking distance to shop. The room is big and the bed is super comfortable. There is a mini fridge and a hair dryer in bathroom. All in all great!

Hotel is easy to find and just off the E40. It has a large free car park to the front. Be aware if you plan to arrive late as reception/check in closes at 11pm. The room was clean and comfortable. I would not say that it is a 4 star hotel.

Chose alter as a random destination on our road trip to the alps. Was pleasantly surprise just a 3 minute walk behind the hotel there is a cute square with a few bars and restaurant. A great stopper. The hotel is very nice and clean. Huge free car park also a bonus for us.

A pleasant surprise in Belgium
En route to The Hague, this was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable, clean room and friendly, busy bar downstairs. Free parking outside and an easy walk into town for restaurants. Excellent value.

Perfect overnight stay an hour away from Dunkirk.
We stayed at this hotel as a 1 night stop over on our way to Dunkirk to catch the ferry home after 2 weeks of camping in Europe. The hotel was easy to find, in a nice location with plenty of free parking right outside the hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was big enough for the 2 of us and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice with a good shower and plenty of hot water. There was also the little added bonus of an ice machine on our floor. The bar area looked good but we didnt have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. There are quite a few restuarants within easy walking distance. Great value for money and I would recommend and stay again.
