Over de geluidsoverlast van de gangen en lift, dat spijt ons oprecht. Het is ook geweldig om te horen dat de kamerfaciliteiten helemaal naar wens waren, we zijn trots op onze Dolce Gusto machines in de Deluxe kamers en de yoga matjes in elke kamer. Wat betreft de kamerreinigheid en de staat van het hotel, we zijn blij met de score van 80%, maar we streven altijd naar perfectie!
