Dear AntonyThank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.Our restaurant is open from Monday to Friday from 18h00 until 21h30. On friday December 9th the kitchen was closed due to unforseen circumstances. We apologise for the inconvenience. This however was mentionned online on all booking platforms, for this date. We have a miniboutique available at reception which contains soft drinks, water, snacks, amenities and yes alcoholic beverages. This is offered at the hotel because there are no minibars in the rooms. Kind regards,

Goodday sir,What a shame to recieve this low score and this angry review. As stated multiple times before, we have never recieved the money you paid online to Hotels.com. We have checked everywhere and cannot find your booking on Expedia, even if we click on your account now to review the reservation, the site states that there is a problem and it can not find said reservation. We did have your name in our system, which is why we were able to check you in. We have also said this to you in many mails before this review.So maybe there was a problem on their side because the money never came through to our hotel. If you wish to retrieve the money spent on Hotels.com you can contact them so that they can refund you. We can not refund you because we have never seen the money you paid online. As already informed you, we are more than willing to help you with this matter, however you have to contact the booking agency where you made the reservation from. Kind regards

DearThank you for your feedback.The hotel is located at 4KM from the city center. There is a busstop right accross the hotel and it takes you 15 minutes to go to the center, or 5 by car. As mentionned online our restaurant is closed during weekends and bank holidays. There are several restaurants nearby and our reception staff who is available 24/7 is more than happy to assist you in finding a place to eat based on your preferences. Regarding the bathroom, I would like to stress out that the shower curtains are bought about 6 months ago and are being washed every 2 days. The curtain is there to make sure the bathroom floor does not get wet. We apologise for the miscommunication, we do ask for room numbers to each guest when they arrive at the buffet. Also we do not serve banana's at the buffet.Kind regards

We have never had any reports of guests that items go missing and these ladies have been working with us for over 10 years. In case you are missing something, please contact us directly so we can look into the matter. Mosquitoes and bugs are everywhere unfortunately. We hope they didn't bother you too much.

Dankje voor het nemen van de tijd om deze review te schrijven.Onze deuren zijn recentelijk conform gemaakt naar de huidige normen over brandveligheid. We hebben inmiddels gevonden waar de stop niet meer aanwezig is en gaan deze zo snel mogelijk vervangen. Een koelkast op de kamer is geen standaard element van een 2 sterren hotel.Hopelijk mogen we je in de toekomst nog ontvangen!

Bedankt voor het schrijven van deze leuke review en het geven van een goede score.Helaas kan het wat lawaaierig zijn door de omliggende fabrieken. Aan de receptie zijn er ventilators te verkrijgen. Dit had misschien jouw nachtrust wat aangenamer kunnen maken. Excuses daarvoor. Ook heel leuk te lezen dat het personeel je erg beviel.We hopen je in de toekomst nog te mogen ontvangen!

Er zijn inderdaad geen stopcontacten aan de bedden.
