Clean room. But room heating set at 21° and you can't change or turn off. Nobody sleeps with the temp that high. Also hallway doors slam close half the night and again early morning.

I booked through hotels.com - my credit card was charged an additional $13.50 on top of the amount that Hotels.com said they were charging. - they blame JE Resort - JE Resort blame Hotels.com. Spoke to both - each blames the other for this charge... Not satisfactory.

Good for a short stay as we stayed in the Motel type rooms- had a microwave in it. Room was warm and beds were good

The hotel staff were very rude with a unforeseen circumstance I couldn’t make my weekend. Wouldn’t in anyway help out to find a solution.

I liked everything, except the hall way out side the rooms are, or can be noisy if you have people staying nearby that do not understand noise is annoying to others! That is because the hallways are tiled not carpeted.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. The price of AUD800+ for two night was not even near justifying the very basic room. For a lower price it would be worth to be recommended though.

Nice and quiet, no hassle check in/out. Lots of parking. Could do with some cutlery/plates and a toaster. Has kettle, hot chocolate, coffee and a Microwave.

No hot water from shower. Not enough pressure from shower. Wifi no reception. Dirty carpets. Rooms are spacious. Strongly not recommended.

Quiet in summer, no one about. Late notice on a long weekend was able to be accomodated. Easy check out etc. Plenty of space and modern facilities - plenty of parking. Short 10 or minute into Jindy.

Perfect for basic snow accommodation however the shower could be a little stronger. Nice bar area with good menu and huge portions. Staff were very friendly

No heater and our one blankets had silverfish. Our bin was not emptied for four days and beds and towels were never refreshed. Broken and patched front door made place look like a slum. We left a full day early, regardless of prepay, reflecting we had stayed In a dump. Stop calling it a resort

Great budget accommodation
The rooms are exactly like the photo’s on expedia, basic, but clean and warm and appropriately priced. The food is fantastic in a nice social atmosphere. The owners and staff are really nice and are keen that you enjoy your stay. The area is nice and quiet with plenty of parking.

The staffs are very nice. There are no air con in the room but when we called the front desk and they sent one to the door in a few minutes. My little girl love the hot chocolate they provided in the room. Will stay there next time.

There should be more furniture for hanging out clothes (ski trip), no drawers in bathroom, and the room was isolated from everything. It looks like a storage room.

Motel accommodation was basic but functional. Restaurant was handy & meals quite good & reasonably priced. Communal kitchen was good for breakfasts.

It was beautiful, we were lucky enough to see snow
It’s only 15-20 minutes away from Jindabyne town, there is so much to do and so little time.

The food was fantastic
We stayed in a budget room but had dinner in the adjacent restaurant. The meals for my son and I were excellent. My bangers and mash were possibly the best I’ve ever had. The restaurant staff were great, I needed some extra milk for our breakfast and they kindly supplied some.

After suffering an accident on the ski fields 2hrs after booking which made it impossible for us to stay, we immediately notified the hotel. However they refused to refund us our booking (not 1cent) and were rude, completely non-compassionate and entirely unkind. They effectively stole $1260 from me which I had no way to recover. Completely unreasonable people. Do not stay here if you expect to be treated humanly.

Thank you for this public comment Anonymous. You have indeed been true to your word, as you stated if you did not receive a refund you would leave nasty feedback. This booking is one I remember very clearly, with an inconsistent story about heading from home from Cooma, but remaining on a lounge in Thredbo, to possibly checking in so as not to "waste money", followed by uncertainty where you would stay for the night, despite having a valid booking. Between yourself and your friend there was verbal abuse and name calling from your end. We are sorry that you injured yourself on a day with poor visibility and blizzard conditions. The terms and conditions that were accepted by yourself at the time of booking clearly outline the refund policy. Again, wishing you well for a speedy recovery.

We recently stayed at Jindabyne Equestrian Resort, it is a little way out of Jindabyne but this didn't bother us. The family room was a simple, basic room but spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was updated. I highly recommend the restaurant on site, the chef creates delicious, hearty meals. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
