브라이튼 낮은 가격에 좋은 호텔
방도 넓고 깨끗하고, 욕실도 좋습니다, 버스 정류장도 가까워 이용하기 편한 위치입니다. 처음들어갔을때 직원들도 친절하게 대해주어 고마웠습니다., 단점은 브라이튼 피어등 주요 관광지에서 조금 멀다는 점인데, 버스를 이용하면 충분히 커버가능할거라 생각듭니다.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room facilities were clean and in working order, but some elements of the hotel were dated and shabby. Beware......the website boasts a restaurant with an extensive menu. This facility was, apparently, withdrawn some years ago and on ly a continental breakfast is now available. The availability of dinner was a key reason for booking into the hotel, so we were disappointed and placed at a severe inconvenience upon arrival.

Sorry to say this but the beds were terrible. I was there for 4 nights was meant to be 5, but the mattress was very old springs broke I think… The breakfast was not very appealing or cost friendly. In it’s favour It was very reasonable priced and all staff where lovely clean bedding and towels. Thank you.

There was a wooden door l- basically they book out family adjoining rooms to two sets of complete strangers meaning you can hear everything going in and you don’t necessarily feel safe. They should show this in the first place but you don’t find out until you’ve arrived in the city. The shower was lacking power. Should be clear these adjoining rooms are for two groups in the same family (not compete strangers) as they had no spare rooms available. Cheap and nasty- friendly staff but poorly trained and obs impervious and of limited help!

The room you mentioned has a shared door with another room in case a family with children would come. Both rooms, however, have locks on the inside of the door, which prevents access from the adjoining room. These type of rooms are not uncommon in other hotels.Despite the hotel being at near capacity, you declined when our staff offered to relocate you to another room. We arrived late but there was a lovely lady on duty yo welcome us. The room was large and was very clean but the bed was lumpy. The room looked like it had been recently painted,plenty of tea and coffee. the bathroom very dated but it was clean and had a large iron bath. Plenty of hot water. They advertised a continental breakfast was available but we didn’t dine in the hotel as we were to go yo a funeral and so we stayed in the room as later as possible and went to Costa Coffee about 50yards away for something to eat and coffee.

I’ve stayed in past at Preston Park Hotel was really nice clean place, this time was in really poor condition & is in need of a good Refurb & redecorating, I struggled up the stairs to then be confronted with a key that was not a snug fit to the lock, took a couple of minutes to get into my room, The English female member of staff that checked me in wasn’t particularly joyful but miserable to be honest, The Ukrainian lady member of staff, was more joyful friendly & talkative on the late shift,

Our room was absolutely freezing cold. Couldn’t have a bath or shower because it was so cold we had to use 2 other blankets on the bed

Didn't read reviews before booking in a hurry because it was in a convenient location. Experienced some of the poor conditions that others have shared but as I was staying for one night only and the room was clean and bed comfy the rest of the place didn't feature prominently. It is ramshackle, eccentric and needs a good refurbishment. Wouldn't stay there again.

Save yourself the pain.
In the three days that I stayed there was NO hot water. I was continually advised by the staff that the water had *just* been fixed by plumbers. At no point (other than boiling a kettle) was the hot water warm enough to bath a baby.

2 members of staff seemed annoyed that 1 we needed a new remote and later I'd forgotten my key! we only stayed for the parking. Shame that they haven't kept it nice.

Very disappointed for 1 night @ £120.00
Firsty the room was cold & had a dampness pressence within the room. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking & a puddle occurred near the bathroom sink. The room had a ln electric heater which had no guards ob the sides, meaning the heating elements were exposed. If children were to insert there hands into the heater, they would have severe injuries. Finally, when asking for a "couple" of pillows when finally checking in at 18.00pm, the reaction was very abrupt & not in a friendly manner! QUOTE: How many do you actually want. Upon checking out at approx 10.35am wasnt even asked how me & my sons stay was. If i had bern asked i would of relayed this back to them - Infact I would of requested a full refund..

Very disappointing
You need to inform people that the hotel is very old and is a basically run down. I demand my money to paid back. I'm talking to my lawyer to find out means to get compensated. I got sick due to heat and lack of air circulation. I was forced to change 4 rooms during my 6 days stay at the hotel. Ver bad. Didn't expect this from hotels.com to mislead people.

Was a traditional building, telephone style shower and bath and no lift. Friendly staff made the stay very pleasant.

We booked this hotel as it was close to the venue of the wedding we were attending. Our stay was absolutely fine, as we weren’t there for very long but the hotel is old and could do with a revamp.

Could benefit from updating, room was ok for the price. We didn’t get a chance to sample the breakfast as we left early morning. Parking available but looked limited. Lady on reception was helpful.

Would give it a miss!
The hotel is EXTREMELY rundown and in serious need of refurbishment. Smelt musty, staff not particularly friendly.

We came for the Carl cox on the beach, we paid 160 for the hotel when it clearly states outside 40pound per person, we also had a rude receptionist that we had to pay £40 for early check in when we arrived we had to sit and wait on the lobby for 40 minutes whilst waiting for our room and after paying the £40 overall wasn’t impressed, scaffold outside our bedroom window so could only open a couple of inches will not be staying here again that’s for sure

This hotel despite being in a convenient location was let down by the road noise, lack of facilities, food and terrible small double bed with very cheap poor mattress. The road noise was exacerbated by a window with a broken lock which prevented noise reduction and allowing a huge draft.

Damaged dangerous light switch in room. Pealing wall paper, filled in holes in doors, zero water pressure in shower. Need serious renovation work.
