Dear valued Guest, I feel very disappointed about your experience in our hotel. As you can see on most our reviews we do pride ourselves with customer service and providing very high standards when it comes to all our guests. To get back to your issues during your stay I would like to point out what has happened and why you might feel that we were unhelpful as you have mentioned in your review. Upon check in you mentioned that you have booked a sea view room, which you didn't so we have tried our best and managed to allocate you at least a side sea view room which you had at the end. We did offer you an upgrade to a sea view which has been rejected. The bed in the room where you stayed is a zip up king size bed which consists of two single beds but they are not pushed together but zipped up. Parking at the hotel needs to be pre-booked hence it was full when you came to check in, alternative parking was offered but again you didn't want to use it. Hotel description online clearly states that check out time is 10.30, you did asked if that can be extended but due to current cleaning procedure during the pandemic and as well as the fact that hotel was fully booked on the day that you were checking out we couldn't extend it. I do wish that you can give us another chance and perhaps book directly so we can make sure that your requirements are looked after. Wishing you all the best from all our team.
