We stayed in the cabins which are very roomy and comfortable. The restaurant is good and its view of the ocean is great. They have a traditional show twice a week and that’s easy and fun to attend. WiFi is only in the lobby and it’s ok. The staff is nice but they were always busy so not always that helpful. Overall it’s a good place and very convenient to walking to restaurants and shops and the harbor.

The staff was outstanding and they went out of their way to help me with transportation and sightseeing! I doubt I could have had this service anywhere else. They were absolutely great since I am a bit handicapped and they gave me a special room. Maururu Travel Tours were working closely with the hotel and really helped me see everything. The restaurant was the best too. I had the baby back ribs cooked in honey and the bones just fell off so easily. I never ate ribs like that before! I had the tuna platter and the fired shrimp on other nights. Everything was outstanding. I also enjoyed the Rapa Nui Folk Dance show that was held in the hotel, which was very convenient. I stayed for 7 nights and wish I could have stayed longer. I really had a great time. Over the years, I've travelled extensively and this was probably one of my best vacation experiences. Thanks to a fabulous staff and July, who spent hours before I arrived to finalize my itinerary, everything couldn't have been planned better. I highly recommend this hotel!

We loved this paradise in paradise. The pool was perfect! The staff was incredibly accommodating and became our amigos in the short 7 days we were there. Mention here: Luis in the restaurant- was superb in his service to us each day in all ways! Gabriel in the later evening hours, always there to help us. Yuko overnight helped me get on to the internet as I was working every day. Carolina recommended an excellent private tour guide Atah (sp) we would highly recommend to everyone traveling the island-in depth, Knowledgeable, a native and caring!

This was a great place to stay for our Easter Island vacation. Their breakfast was fabulous, and the property was very clean and nice. Easy walk to the downtown area.

Would stay again
Stay was great. Water cooler in lobby to fill water bottles. Restaurant very good for free breakfast. Had 2 nights for dinner. Pricy, but no more than other equivalent eateries around. Food fresh, tasty and nicely presented. Bungalow 9 was a very good choice as had what we thought the most private patio space, but the others which bordered on the pathway are good as traffic is light. Front desk helpful with ordering taxis and making local calls. Grocery store only 5 min easy walk away.

An excellent location for a stay on Easter Island. Many restaurants are in walking distance and a great breakfast buffet.

I had a wonderful time at the TAHA Tai hotel. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about things to do. The hotel has a beautiful landscape and amazing restaurant facing the ocean.

All the staff is wonderful!! They have a dance show twice a week that we made it to. Super fun and great performances! The front desk set up our tours and airport transportation before we got there which relieved quite a bit of stress. “Downtown” I right down the street for plenty of amazing food and shopping options

Absolutely perfect for our honeymoon. We stayed in one of the bungalow rooms and had an amazing time. The breakfast is fabulous, being right next to the ocean was amazing, and completely walkable to everything including grocery, bank, restaurants, etc. The hotel had its own amazing cultural dance show. They easily helped us book excursions and taxis. I cannot recommend this place more!

A pleasant place
We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The breakfasts were wonderful. The restaurant where they were served has an outdoor terrace overlooking the waterfront. There is a roadway between the restaurant and the ocean but it is mostly hidden behind block wall and hibiscus bushes and is not conspicuous. Every single person on the staff is super friendly and helpful. The front desk organized all three of our tours. we were blessed with the best English speaking guide that we had in Chile. The rooms are clean and basic. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of hot water for showers. We were in room 17 which overlooks the pool, with an expense of grass between the room’s outside seating area and the pool deck. The pool is a very comfortable temperature. Pleasant. The hotel is a very short walk to lots of good restaurants and downtown Main Street for shopping. There is a new grocery store about a two minute walk away where one can buy cold wine and beer and cheese and salami, hummus, baguette, etc. In the lobby there are refrigerators where are you can keep your groceries chilled . We took great advantage of the service. The wine glasses are on a table inside the fridge. You could also make a cup of tea or instant coffee here. It’s taken me my whole life to get here to Easter island and if I were ever fortunate enough to come back I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Included breakfast got you day started right for hiking and touring island. Had a nice little pool for cooling down after a long hot day. Room with king bed in bungalow was very comfy. Property was a short easy walk to town area if you didn't have your own car. Nicely landscape property. Shower could have used a good mold scrubbing but otherwise everything was very pleasant. I would recommend staying here

全体的に非常に満足できるホテルでした。
街の中心地にも楽々歩いて行ける距離ですし、レストランは500m、近場のモアイ像は、1.5km圏内といったところです。治安は非常に良好で、南米とは思えないくらい平和で、夜でも問題なくあるけます（人がいないくらいの深夜はわかりませんが）。野犬は他の南米と同様、どこでもたくさんいるので、噛まれないようにしてください。馬もいるので、蹴られないように。 日本人スタッフとして最上さんがいらっしゃるので、困った事、相談したい事は気楽に相談できました。ツアーの予約等も安心してお願いする事が出来ました。 清掃は基本的には行き届いておりますが、テラスはどうしても海沿いの地域柄汚れが目立ってはいました。部屋の中には虫は出ませんでしたが、廊下は解放されているので、時々猫が入っていて可愛かったです。 朝食は毎日同じメニューでしたが、そこそこ種類はありました。 冷蔵庫は部屋にはないので、共用です。 水や電気は島では非常に貴重なので、電気のオンオフやエアコンはいない時には切る、シャワーも出しっぱなしにしないなどの協力は必須だと思います。 行き帰りは空港からの無料送迎が付いています。 コインランドリーだけは近くに見つからなかったので、少々お高いですが、ランドリーサービスに出すか、自分で洗うかになると思います。

The oceanfront dining room had a spectacular water view. The lunch/dinner menu had a nice selection of fish, meat and chicken and food was very nicely presented.

Very well located, staff is friendly, food is great and bedrooms are spacious. They charge for water refills and hotel is expensive so come prepared.

The location is wonderful. The staff are friendly and informative. The tours organized by the hotel were great - one full day and two half days. Take the picnic lunch on the full day tour - it was great. The pool at the hotel was lovely & the mango sour at the pool bar was delicious.

We stayed 3 nights from Christmas eve. The buffet dinner with dance show at Christmas eve was great! The tour we booked through this hotel directly has a very good price, although it is not the best tour, but we appreciate they provided tours on Christmas day. The check out process took almost half an hour, as the computer system or internet was very slow.

Excelente atendimento pela cortesia dos profissionais. O que merece alguma observação é a qualidade da refeição no restaurante, embora o café da manhã tenha nos atendido bem. Nada disso, entretanto, desqualifica o hotel. Se voltarmos à Ilha de Páscoa será nossa escolha.

A charming little hotel, very helpful staff and located within walking distance of town..very pleasing hotel. The bed was supposed to be a King bed but was two beds put together which would've been fine if it was at least a King size mattress but it wasn't =(...it really could've done with a fridge...but the whole experience and stay was great, the pool looked fab but we didn't get time to use it. Restaurant was great and very clean, excellent food =)
