This place was terrible. I am pretty easy to please, just needed a place to sleep overnight, but I would much rather sleep in my car than stay here. We checked in at 10pm (got there about 15 minutes earlier but the front desk staff was extremely slow with a person Infront of us), first room given had not been cleaned; bed sheets all messed up, trash in the trash can, obviously housekeeping had not been there. Second room was "cleaned" but smelled HORRIBLE like smoke. I was in a non-smoking room- but clearly it was not. There was also dirty towels in the bathtub. It actually felt unsafe to stay here. I went to the front to inform them I was leaving and was finding another place to stay, but there were two other guests who were trying to change their rooms because theirs had obviously been smoked in. At that point, we just left and will deal with corporate/chargeback if needed. We ended up at Best Western Plus in Easton, and it was pretty amazing in comparison.

I was bitten by bed bugs at the Days inn in Easton, MD and I received little to no assistance from the staff at the front desk.

This was not the first time that I stayed here both times it's been a nice time. The staff was great. Sumit Subedi was very friendly and polite. I have seen other reviews that said some horrible things about the place BUT for me I didn't see or have any of those. Granted I did book from a third party website but the staff was still very polite and friendly. My one and only complaint would be the TV it didn't have a guide for the channels but otherwise I have NO COMPLAINTS. Sumit Subedi and the rest of the staff thank you and I will be back.

Super nice place; super friendly staff. Would stay here again. Was a little worried after seeing negative reviews but I was able to laugh them off as soon as I walked through the door. Some people complain about anything... It makes them happy. For every 1 bad review there are probably 100 positive reviews no one takes the time to share. I made my reservation through Expedia, but the person at the front desk the night we checked in couldn’t find the res. I showed him the info I had from Expedia, he called and talked with somebody on the phone for at least 20 minutes, culminating that he still couldn’t find my reservation. I called Expedia and they were helpful, re-sending the hotel an email that they had sent previously. The front desk guy got this email, then wanted me to sign something saying I agreed to “these charges” that were not listed, so I refused. He finally gave me the key. This all happened late after a long day of travel so we were very tired. The saving grace was that the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom was not very clean, showing signs of ash on the floor from a previous cigarette (despite supposedly being a non-smoking facility). I also saw some sort of beetle fall to the floor from t he shower curtain. I would never stay there again.

His reservation was not complete through Expedia so I can't find the reservation on my property id then after I check on Expedia there is not any confirmation number shown on Expedia under his name. that's why I call the Expedia for confirming the reservation. Anyway, but I gave a room to them sorry for the inconvenience in that case.

Other than the coffee pot and a couple other things that were dirty our stay was good. The continental breakfast was awesome. My granddaughter and husband loved the waffles.

Friendly staff at check in/ out. Surface level clean, food and other things crusted on wall. Room smelled bad. Marijuana and cigarette smoke smell was very strong. Breakfast was okay. Attendant did not want to make more regular coffee at 7:45 am.

Upon arrival to check in late in the evening we had to call and wait for someone to show up. The room was cold when we arrived and had a strange odor. We were exhausted. When we were woken up by our neighbor there was no heat or power in the (6am) morning. The staff was not helpful and didn't seem to understand what we were saying or asking.

Property needs updated and said free Wi-Fi but we could only get Wi-Fi if we stood outside our room, and when we questioned about it he told us would get Wi-Fi in our room.

The walls in the room I was given we coated with dirt. The bed skirt was stained- sheets appeared to be clean. The bathroom walls were stained. There were bugs in the disposable cups stacked on the sink. Overall it was a bad experience.

The room itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. However, in the 3 nights that we stayed, there was never any housekeeping done. When I attempted to go to the front desk to get additional coffee, the door was locked. Front desk staff not in any type of uniform - friendly but not professional in appearance

The bathroom was dirty. Tiles had mold growing. The room had a very moist and moldy smell. Refrigerator was not clean and was rusty. Bed covering and chairs had stains on them (white stains, guessing what that could be). The worst part was that there were fleas in the room. I killed three fleas on myself in one night. Terrible place. Only good part was that it was the cheapest place in the area and I needed some place to crash at night.

This property should not be anywhere near the price that ti was. The room smelled like a combination of smoke and cat pee. There were 11 bugs in the room when i got in. The towels were stained and gross looking. The carpet is dingy and feels like you shouldn't walk barefoot on it. The staff was impatient and unpleasant. The actual facility looked like it had not been cared for in 10years. This is not what I would expect a hotel to be. A motel or one of the places for someone who got kicked out of their place to go to, maybe, but a hotel is mismarketing. The cost was so high for how poorly managed and maintained this place is.
