The photos are misleading. I purchased the king and it has a jacuzzi in the picture in the room. Found out I didn't get that. They want 50 dollars on top of the 95 I already paid j said ok fine and then they told me the rooms are under construction so I wasn't able to get what was promised.

The hotel was disgusting and not clean at all. The breakfast lacked fresh fruit and your basic needs. Staff was not welcoming. Curtains were filthy and I itched all night from some type of bugs. The shower was loud and the water smelled like metals.

Wanted to charge me $35 for an early check in. I was attending a wedding that started at 4, and was driving 2 hours to get to the hotel. I wanted to arrive around 1 so I could get ready at the hotel. 3 pm check in would make that impossible. Even though the room was available, they were going to charge me, ridiculous. Very unsafe feeling from the location to the staff.

My stay was terrible. The bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet. There was a damage in the door and I reported it. The front desk worker then accused me of making the damage and was so rude to me. At first he told me that I would not get my deposit back because of this. Even though I was obviously not the one to make the damage. Their workers clearly do not exam the rooms properly, if they missed this. He was yelling at me when I told him that this has nothing to do with me. Horrible experience.

They didn’t have a room for me so they put me in a room thy could find. No elevator Outdated bathroom, tub was dirty. Toilet needed cleaning so I purchased cleaning supplies. The breakfast was horrible. Microwave everything. Nothing hot at all.

Highway traffic was loud. Usually we stay on back side which is quieter. Ice machine seems to be down all the time and couldnt use dryer last time down.

Outdated atmosphere. Found a stink bug and roach in the room. The cleaning staff were super nice, but the front office was very slow. Lighting around the area both inside and out could be improved. Spend a little more and either go to the holiday inn or comfort inn.

The room was ok until the last night when a bug crawled up the wall. Very disappointed. Won't ever stay here again. The toilet seat was dirty, the shower was dirty and had black stuff coming out of the spigot, the water smelled like sulfur and the shower whistled when turned on. And they have no elevator. Not convenient for the price I paid. Again, I won't be back.

The room was clean. The stairs, no elevator, haven't seen a vacuum in some time. Strong smell of cleaning solution in the lobby. Only needed a place to sleep for the night. Wouldn't stay long term

Days Inn Disappointment
Price and room didnt match. Had to spend over 1 1/2 on phone disbuting and your website nor the hotel eant to accept blame just kept balming it on each other. I was displeased with how this occured at no fault of my own and yet i was talked to rudely. There was no one there at the window for me to check in I had to wait a half hour for someone to show up. My bathroom shower was dirty. Majority of my TV channels were very fuzzy

When we arrived, the outside was run down and looked like a who-tel. Check in was completely unprofessional. There was noone at the desk to great us and a lady finally came and said she had to wake up the front desk man. They charged us for the room at arrivaI, instead of at check out. Once we paid and went to go to our room, we were informed the ice machine was broke. The carpet was absolutely disgusting and the dirtest carpet leading down the hall to our room I have ever see in my life.( carpet in the room was just okay) The room smelled and was dirty, headboards, bath tub, mirror, light fixtures the phone and could use a coat of paint. We asked for a box fan, that never came. Never informed us of the beakfast hours and we missed by 5 minutes at 9:05. Because we were charged at check in, we had no choice but to stay there. Honestly i really think we deserve our money back. Feeling gross and unsafe is not something i was expecting. I give 0 stars. Beware consumers.
