Sorry, you were not happy. All rooms have 4 extra pillows in the closets as everyone is different, some like fluffy, some medium and some flat. We wash the pillows constantly or replace so really do not need an extra cover. Most everyone brags on our breakfast as best anywhere. Many places are handing out a paper bag with a muffin and bar or banana now. We have fruit, homemade waffles, eggs two ways, English muffins, bagels, regular and wheat bread, biscuits and gravy, grits, assorted cereals, sausage, juices, milk, coffee, tea. If that is great for free but not suitable for you , we could have directed you to a restaurant nearby but it would not be free.

You should have reported it and we would have taken out the a/c and put a different one in immediately. Thank you for the compliments and will share with everyone. Never hesitate to report anything at all to us. Come back to see us.

We have over 200 or more channels and you should have asked. The guide was on 30.1 and I watch 63.1 for old movies. I like Hallmark and so many hard to know what to watch. Our Wi-Fi is wireless and I have had no problem at all. All of us here on every day and no problems. Did you put in our pass word. Sorry but always check with the front desk with any problems and we will be glad to help.

Well thank you. Most people do not put their clothes away so I feel we had adequate space and a closet also with shelves. The tub is made anti slip from the factory and many rooms have grab bars but not all, you need to ask is all. Yes, our breakfast has many choices thank you again.

Sorry and they changed it when you were out. Not as quiet as home due to at home the compressors are outside and hotel units are inside .But sometimes a little oil will help. Glad you enjoyed everything and please come back!

Mr. Jones you must have arrived early as we were full the night before with a senior group that had all two bedded rooms rented and hard to get that many cleaned in 2 hours. If you could have asked what was ready we had many with one queen ready and you could have gotten in right away.
