Vážený hosť, v prvom rade by som sa Vám veľmi rada poďakovala za Váš pobyt v APLEND Vile Beatrice. Ceníme si Váš výber ubytovacieho zariadenia aj dôveru, ktorú ste vložili do značky APLEND. Nemali sme v úmysle sklamať Vaše očakávania. V mene spoločnosti APLEND by som sa Vám rada ospravedlnila za negatívne skúsenosti, ktoré ste mali s housekeeping servisom a jeho poplatkami. Uvedomujem si, že čistota je základným pilierom kvalitnej dovolenky. Rozumiem, že vzniknutá situácia musela byť pre Vás značne nekomfortná. APLEND sa snaží každodenne zlepšovať poskytované služby a vytvárať štandardy na najvyšších úrovniach. Viem, že sme Vás v tomto prípade sklamali, a za to sa Vám ospravedlňujem. Od roku 2014 sme aj v oblasti upratovania podstúpili určité kroky zlepšujúce komfort našich hostí. Izby prešli rozsiahlou rekonštrukciou a v súčasnosti sa Vila Beatrice radí medzi najžiadanejšie ubytovania vo Vysokých Tatrách. Je mi úprimne ľúto pokiaľ ste nadobudli dojem, že sa APLEND snaží zatajiť určité poplatky. Ubezpečujem Vás, že naša spoločnosť nikdy nemala v pláne uvádzať nekorektné informácie. Housekeeping servis je spoplatnený len v prípade, že si túto službu vyžiada hosť sám mimo dní plánovaného upratovania jeho izby. Ďakujeme Vám, že ste nás upozornili na vzniknutý problém. Vaša úprimná recenzia je neoddeliteľnou súčasťou procesu napredovania. Mrzí nás, že sme vo Vás zanechali zlý dojem. Veríme však, že nám dáte druhú šancu ukázať Vám naše zlepšenia.
