Hello, Ross.Thank you for your review.The room you have booked doesn't have a kitchenette, nor a sink in the room as stated on the booking website. There are other room types that have kitchenette for your consideration next time you choose to stay. As for the water temperature, we will get a plumber to look at it. This is a review by a "guest" who didn't stay at the motel at all. The reservation was cancelled.

Hello Cris,It is very disappointing to hear this. I've personally checked the service sheets for the unit for the two mornings your unit was supposed to be serviced, and it was listed on both service sheets, so there was NO excuse for the cleaning crew not to service the unit. Milk isn't provided on a daily basis, but the other matters should have been addressed. Unfortunately, when I saw you during your stay (twice), you didn't mention this, and so we were unaware of this situation. Please mention these things in future, as we pride ourselves on providing a good service to our guests.

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to change your accommodation experience with Bella Vista if you leave a review online stating that you were not satisfied with something. I can however improve your experience if you come to reception with your concerns. We do try to accommodate everyone as best we can and try to move guests to different rooms if they are not satisfied.
