Staff were friendly, clean rooms, comfy beds. The poo area was clean and towels stocked, nice pool and hot tub! Breakfast had plenty of options, well stocked and delicious!

The bathroom did not look clean. Towels were on the floor when we arrived and the shower had tiles missing with mold on the wall

Thank you for letting me know about these issues. We were aware of the discoloration of the grout in that room and we have since taken care of it, I am so sorry it was not done before your arrival. Please never hesitate to reach out to the Front Desk staff if things are not to your liking, they can help to resolve any problems that come up and are always happy to do so.The towels on the floor very much surprise me and I will be speaking with the Housekeeper who cleaned that room. She is our best Housekeeper and she's been here for several years so I am very shocked to see that. Again, we apologize immensely for that. I can assure you that the room was cleaned, perhaps just a hidden towel missed.

Omg I was running late over 8 hrs traveling back to Wisconsin on my birthday, gps had stopped wkrking due to my phone died and would not charge. By the time I got to the hotel, looked in refrigerator Ms. Dahl the director of sales made sure she gave me a small gift for my bday. It made my day and i appreciated every moment of it.

Was a nice size for the two of us and had a nice desk to complete some work before checking out. Overall it was clean and bed was comfortable so we had a good stay. No hot eggs with breakfast was dissapointing but the biscuts and gravy were better than most.

Loved it
We took the Leinenkugel brewery tour and stayed here afterwards. The building is so nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and we were surprised with a great continental breakfast. Very nice stay.

The hotel was kept up and the staff was excellent and did everything to make your stay perfect. The breakfast was so good and was replenished regularly. They also didn’t stop replenishing when it was close to the breakfast ending. The one thing that surprised me was no elevator to the second floor. But they accommodated us and put us on the first floor. Thank you for a great experience.

This hotel was very clean, and staff were all friendly. The breakfast area was well maintained and staffed to keep it full and clean. The neighborhood around the hotel was so-so, but this was a convenient location for our softball tourney. Definitely worth the extra money over the cheaper hotel next door.
