Thanks for your feedback, if you could let me know which room you stayed in we can address the squeaky bed issue.

Cheri, we're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We do our best to communicate to our guests our check-in policies with emails at the time of reservation and again with a reminder. Since we are a small bed and breakfast we don't have a staff to cover a front desk at all times. We have found the note on the front door works well for those folks who arrive later in the evening.
