추천합니다.
호텔의 위치가 좋아서 에든버러 시내의 대부분의 장소는 걸어서 다닐 수 있었습니다. 그리고 직원들의 고객에 대한 응대가 좋았습니다. 방은 안락하고 쾌적했으며, 뷰가 좋았습니다. 다음에 에든버러에 갈 일이 또 있다면 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

Nice location, cosy room
Very nice location for walking around the attractions in Edinburgh. The room condition was good and the staffs were kind.

호텔위치가 넘 좋아요. 조식은 별로였어요. 브랙퍼스트를 넣어서 예약하고 지불했음에도 조식이 먹을 것이 별로 없었고, 계란이나 베이컨 햄 등 따뜻한 음식은 따로 돈을 지불해야 해요. 조식포함으로 예약했는데 여행을 많이 다녀봤지만 이련 경우는 처음이었어요. 그나마 마지막날은 가장 먹을만했던 과일마저 없었어요.

조식만 개선하면 좋을 것 같아요!
너무 좋았어요! 단지, 조식이 아쉬웠어요!영국식 아침식사라고 적혀있어서 조식을 신청한 거였는데, 소시지, 베이컨, 스크램블 등은 따로 돈을 받더라고요~ 이것빼고는 정말 다 좋았습니다! 호텔 위치, 서비스, 방청결상태 등 모두 좋았어요!

위치가 너무 좋습니다.
호텔은 주요 관광지와 아주 가깝습니다. 하지만 에든버러는 경사진 길이 많고 계단이 많습니다. 중앙역에서 호텔은 가깝지만 수많은 계단 또는 경사진 길을 가야 합니다. 계단을 피해 가시려면 구글에서 길찾기 할때 차로 가는 길을 선택해서 가세요. 캐리어 들고 가다가는 죽을 수도 있습니다. 룸 컨디션은 너무 좋지만 겨울에 가신다면 히터 소리를 견디거나 추위를 견디세요. 히터 소리가 너무 커서 5박 6일 동안 잠을 제대로 못 잤습니다. 끄면 너무 춥습니다. 예민한 분은 겨울엔 피하세요. 그리고 간이 주방에는 인덱션은 없고 전자렌지와 간단한 수저ㆍ포크ㆍ그릇 등이 있습니다.

최고의 객실, 단 가는 길은 사전파악 필요
google map을 보고 역에서 찾아갔는데 아주 높은 계단이 있는 길로 안내받았습니다. 큰 luggage를 들고 올라가기가 너무 힘들었습니다. 호텔로 가는 길을 설명해주었으면 좋았을 것 같습니다.(호텔에서) 객실은 전망도 좋고 천장이 높아 생각했던 것 보다 훨씬 좋습니다. 화장실은 특히 좋았습니다. 다시 간다면 또 머물고 싶은 멋진 곳 입니다.

위치나 청결도는 좋은 편이나 배정받은 방의 컨디션이 상당히 좋지 않았다. 제일 꼭대기층 방을 배정받았고 엘리베이터가 운행하지 않는 층이어서 계단을 이용해야 했다. 객실 사진과는 전혀 다른 매우 작은 방이었고 에어컨이 아닌 냉풍기가 대신 설치되어 있었다. 5월인데도 냉방이 잘 안되어 너무 더워서 잠을 여러번 설쳤다. 이러한 조건인줄 알았다면 예약하지 않았을 것이다.

전체적으로 관리가 잘 된 느낌이다. 식기류가 좀 더 깨끗했으면 더 좋았을 것 같다. 도킹 오디오를 아이폰 5부터도 쓸 수 있게 어딥터가 하나 있었으면 좋겠다. 조식은 이용하지 않아서 잘 모르겠다.

편안했던 호텔
위치는 구도시 딱 중간이라고 보면됩니다. 여행하기 정말 좋은 위치입니다. 청결한 호텔이며 방은 넓은 편이나 난반이 좀 약한거하구 아침식사가 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 그래도 깨끗하고 위치가 좋아 도보로 전지역 여행하기 최적인 호텔입니다. 공항버스에서 역 근처에 내려 도보로 7분. 갈때는 언덕이라 좀 힘들지만 올때는 내리막이라 편합니다. 공항까지 약 30분정도면 충분합니다. 행복한 여행 되세요.

템블바 거리 입구에 있기 때문에 찾기도 쉬웠고, 호텔 바로 앞에 Tesco가 있어서 식료품 구입하기에 안성 맞춤이었어요. 무엇보다 밤에 템플바 거리를 맘껏 즐기고, 밤늦게까지 다녀도 편리한 위치라 좋았어요^^ 호텔 직원 서비스 역시 정말 최고였답니다! 단, 방의 좀 작고 욕실 변기 수압이 너무 낮아서 불편했어요.

2박 3일동안 에든버러에 머무는 동안 이용한 호텔이예요. 위치는 로열마일에 있어서 정말 최상이었구요. 호텔 직원들은 정말 친절해서 감동까지 받았어요ㅠ 객실은 정말 인테리어가 좋았고, 무엇보다 창가에서 보이는 전망이 정말 환상적이었어요^^ 아침 식사 역시 좋았구요~ 아빠께서 이제까지 다녀본 호텔 중에(5성급 제외)하고 가장 좋았다고 계속 칭찬이세요^^ 다음번에 에든버러 방문하게 되면 꼭! 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔이예요^-----^

Property is located in the middle of Old Town/ New Town Edinburgh making it easy to see the sites of both. Friendly and informative staff. The little coffee spot next door was so handy and yummy.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel, after quite a few stairs up to the property (there is step free access just Google ahead). Front desk staff were very friendly, the hotel smells amazing. We had a great view of the city and appreciated the kitchen area. Couldn't figure out how to put the shower or taps on so we had a little bit of help with this (twist and twist some more) but everything was perfect the location was great and we got a lovely Sunday lunch close to the hotel at Lookenbooths (great cocktails there too).

Great location. Odd position of room, first floor on a steep hillside, small windows; room is dark, feels like a dungeon. Receptionist staff checking us in was pretty much the opposite of everything the word “hospitality” embodies.

Great location and overall the property was ok but the room itself only had one window in the bedroom which meant when the door was closed the lounge/kitchen/2nd sleeping area had no natural light. There were flies in the secondary glazing and the general finish of the room wasn’t high end. Overall though these are small details but they do mount up. Everyone was extremely polite, professional and friendly whether it was early in the morning or late at night. The location is amazing and so close to many key historical sites as well as shopping and great places to eat at. Would definitely stay there again!

Great! Excellent customer service! Easy access to many great sight seeing destinations. Would stayed here again and recommend it to friends and family! We are older and wished we had gone to the castle and other great attractions early in the morning. By the afternoon we had walked so much we were too tried to keep our afternoon appointment to go to the castle. Also we used taxis but within a few days we started finding buses that ran in the area. I recommend learning the bus schedule as it could save you considerable money. Every where we went the locals were so warm and friendly. We have been to 38 countries and Scotland would be at the top of our list. We look forward to going there again! We definitely recommend Fraser suites!

The stairs for senior citizens to climb up and down daily was the bad deal. The nice thing was close to the Royal Mile. The beds were very uncomfortable. Nice big bathroom and warm in the room.

I traveled with 5 other girls each with our own room and our stay at Fraser Suites was amazing. Nothing can beat the location right on the Royal Mile close to everything. The rooms were clean, modern and a great size! Plus the staff was amazing! They helped us navigate the area, they set up cabs for us to head to the airport early one morning and they always greeted us with the best energy. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff were excellent and accommodating. Only issue was rooms were too hot and difficult to turn down temp. That small issue was irrelevant as everything was outstanding

Really well situated in a charming old building. The receptinonists will give you a great welcome. Room services could be significantly improved. Cleanliness i a bit lacky.

Superb located apartments that were clean and functional. Small kitchenette facilities were perfect for porridge at home before a day exploring! Plenty of superb places for coffee and dinner within easy walking distance. Would happily return.

could not have a better location for sight seeing or choice of food. staff also very caring
