공사중인 호텔
에든버러역 바로 앞에 있어 위치가 매우 좋았다. 하지만 호텔이 공사중이라 전체적으로 매우 어수선하며, 좋지 않은 냄새가 나고 공기가 좋지 않았다. 처음에 응대했던 여직원은 불친절했으며, 방위치까지 잘못알려주었다. 알려준 방위치가 아니여서 다시 물어보니 답답하다는 식으로 반응을 하여 불쾌했다. 방자체는 크게 문제가 있는 것은 아니지만 아늑한 느낌은 없었다.

This hotel is very close to Edinburgh waverley station and has a good view to see downtown. Breakfast was good.

편리한 호텔
에딘버러 웨버리역 및 투어버스 바로 앞이라 접근성이 좋다. 도보5분안에 로열마일에 도착할 수도 있다. 호텔은 상가 사이에 있어서 늦은 밤에도 편하게 귀가가 가능하지만 큰길이라 시끄러운 점도 있었다. 호텔입구를 찾는것도 처음엔 헷갈렸지만 깨끗한 룸과 위치는 매우 좋다.

웨이벌리 역에서 아주 가깝고 로열마일이나 뉴타운 가기도 좋아요. 공항 직행버스 기점도 매우 가깝습니다. 위치는 정말 좋아요. 첫날 받은 방이 엘리베이터 소음으로 밤새 시끄러워 잠을 제대로 잘 수 없었어요. 다음 날 얘기하니 바로 바꿔 주긴 했지만 도저히 손님을 받을 수 없는 방을 배정한 점은 이해할 수 없네요. 전체적으로 낡았고요. 아늑한 맛은 없습니다만 저렴한 가격에 이용해서 만족합니다. 아침식사는 가격 대비 괜찮았습니다.

Good but not great
Lovely staff & nice hotel let down by a few little things. (Heating in the room was broken so a portable oil heater was provided instead. Single glazed windows made the room cold & noisy. The bedside drawers had been fixed shut and there were no shelves in the wardrobe.) The room was a decent size. Breakfast was good. Location excellent.

Room needed a deep clean. Toilet flush broke twice. Shower leaked all over the bathroom and a broken floor tile and others need grouted and for a 4 star hotel which cost a lot of money these things are unacceptable

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location in Edinburgh. All of the sites and transportation were only a few minutes walk from the front door. The staff was nice and extremely helpful. My room was nice and beautifully decorated. The hotel also has great restaurants which added a lot to my trip.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable with a huge bed and complimentary snacks. I had a great steak at the restaurant and excellent cocktails at the bar. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions.

Hotel Indigo was the first hotel on our trip to Scotland. It was charming and lovely, with a very delicious breakfast in the morning. The hotel bar was fun and the bartender was so friendly. The room was smaller than expected, especially at the price of the room (nearly 400/night). Overall recommend.

Fantastic staff, super helpful every step of the way even in an extremely busy time. Wonderful with holding bags prior to check-in and after check-out so we could continue to do tourism in Edinburgh. Very close to Waverly station so convenient for train travel. Walking distance to the Royal Mile and tons of tourist locations

Last minute overnight stay
We stayed in Edinburgh on the Friday and decided we would like an additional night and found this lovely hotel. Great location, lovely bar and public areas and nice big comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Our rooms AC was broken and was very hot all night. The next day when we checked out our train wasn't leaving for a few hours and we asked if we could keep our luggage at the hotel until our train departed so we wouldn't have to carry it around the city. The receptionist was very rude and told us they could not do it. I spent more than 500 dollars on a room for the night and this is how I was treated. Never staying there again. I never write reviews but this was ridiculous.

Nice hotel with central location. Easily walkable to major attractions, shopping and dining. Our room was the size of a closet though - we barely had room to walk around the bed.

Vår andra resa slutade med Arvid valde samma hotell. Denna gång fick vi ett rum så långt borta från utgången och receptionen som vi tror gick att få. Mycket trappor och dörrar att ta sig igenom med tung väska var inte så kul. Rummet var fint men golvet lutar ganska mycket. I övrigt ett riktigt trevligt hotell

Lightbulb at bedside didn't work. It was reported, but not repaired by the time we left. It made the room dark. The location of the coffee maker made it hard to see because of lack of light. Other than those small details we were happy with the facility

Great Location!
Really enjoyed our stay at indigo hotel! The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning and the location of the hotel is perfect for everything.
