This was a quick overnighter driving through Edmonton. Exterior is sketchy - next to a bar and gas station, in an industrial area. Property is very tired. Carpets are dingy. Furniture is dated and worn. Bed ok but thin sheets and flat pillows. Faucet handle on shower not attached and the only water coming from this faucet was too hot to use. Sink faucet was fine. Would not recommend and would not stay here again.

In an industrial area which was quiet traffic-wise on a long weekend. Free parking available but some cars were parked poorly as the parking spots are tight. Asked for a room in a quiet part, so was given a room on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hall. Both hot and cold water was dribbling out of the sink and bath taps at 9:40-9:45 pm two nights in a row. This was annoying when trying to take a shower. I don't know if it's because several rooms were taking showers at the same time or what the issue was. Called front desk and they said to let the water run for 5-6 min in order to get hot water, but the issue was very little water flowing through the taps. Waited 5 -10 min with soap in the hair and body, and soap getting in the eyes and stinging before I was able to rinse it off. Breakfast was pretty basic with 4 kinds of cereal available, 1 kind of muffin, milk, Activia yogurt , boiled eggs, a sweet doughy pastry, packs of instant oatmeal. A toasting machine to put through white or brown bread, bagels and waffles. There was bananas and apples. Drinks available from the dispenser were apple, orange, fruit punch and water. Coffeewas constantly being made and hot water for tea was available. Overall, was cheapest in West Edmonton, so you get what you pay for.

Overall, we found our room clean, but lamp plug ins didn’t work in both lamps. Common areas were quite dated. Beds were comfy, but had some pretty noisy guests above with kids running and jumping. Thankfully they stopped before 11 pm! Shower was great and hotel close to highway. Good in a pinch, but not sure we’d go back with so many other options

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean. I was taking a 1 day course nearby the next morning. It was convenient, and comfortable for the night.

Expedia has this hotel listed as pet friendly. After driving 8 hours we arrived at our hotel only to be told this hotel is NOT pet friendly and this has occurred many times with others.

I stayed two nights and must say the staff were very kind and friendly and I enjoyed nice little chats with them. The location is very convenient for access to the West end of the city. The Phillipino restaurant attached is amazing, serving classic western food but I really enjoyed the traditional Phillipino dishes and would come back just to eat there. It's an older hotel but well kept considering it's in a sort of commercial/industrial area. I would stay there again if I had business in the area..
