The rooms are clean for the most part upon arrival. When I arrived for my first stay, the tv remote was missing a battery, there was some ash on the microwave from something, and there wasnt enough toilet paper. The stairs were covered in snow outside for the whole of the initial stay (until it melted). 2nd stay, my access card had to be re-coded 3 days in a row before they replaced the card. The front desk staff don't seem to communicate between shifts as I've been told there would be a note left on a few matters that needed to be reiterated later when the shift change happened. Each time i had an issue, it was suggested that i was doing something wrong.
Even when i had preemptively checked with staff whether the benefactor needed to bring his card to show (or call them), i was assured by the staff he wouldnt need to, only to come to the day of the extension and was told the total opposite.
I don't know if the staff have all the tools needed to make it a smoother process, but it has been frustrating trying to stay here.
Wyndham, figure out what they need and provide them with it. Invest smarter, you'll have a good location at the Leduc Travelodge. Right now, there's room for improvement.
