분명히 금연객실울 예약했는데 방에서 담배 냄새가 났다. 방을 교환해 달라고해서 새로운 방에 갔더니 담배냄새가 더 많이 났다. 방을 2개 예약했는데 두 방에서 다 냄새가 나서 데스크 직원에게 담배 냄새가 난다고했더니 그럴리가 없단다. 그럼 우리가 거짓말을 한다는 건지..일단 늦은시간에 호텔에 도착했기때문에 어쩔수없이 묵기는 했지만 너무 실망스러웠다. 라마다라는 이름이 아까웠다

Check in was good.The room was clean beds were awesome. Didnt hear much from above floor until 2nd night .also can hear the toilets flush and is very loud. The bathroom..fan didnt work either ..next time will not be on the 1st floor ..breakfast was so good as well ..was a nice place to stay for what we needed ..

Was placed in the crappiest room right behind the elevator and basically right in the lobby. Could constantly hear the elevator & noise from the front desk…. Couldn’t use bathroom & shower without having to stand on toilet bowl to close door… Worst hotel I’ve stayed in, tear it down and build one with proper bathrooms.

The breakfast is old and not good. Most items were stale. The yogurt, cereal, waffle and juice were ok. Not all rooms are Pet friendly, we asked and paid for Kingsize bed and got told at check in that the Kingsize rooms are not pet friendly. We were given a 2 double bed room which was ok but no refund for the difference was offered.

The hotel was nice and the staff friendly. But I totally disagree with this hotels chains damage deposit policy. I understand the need for a damage deposit. It has been 7 days now since my stay and I have still not recieved my damage deposit back. I have phoned the hotel and inquired if something was damaged. I was told "No" and my deposit would be refunded soon. We have different definations of soon I guess.

It was $230 to stay in a dated, odd smelling hotel. I hate it when hotels use so much bleach in their laundry that the smell is disruptive to your sleep. My back is incredibly out of sorts as the bed sags when you sleep in it. My child literally slipped right next to me like we are in a pit. I actually fled to the other end of the bed and on the side near the edge not to sink into the middle. Furniture is scratched, bath tub is scratched, hair that is not mine is in the sink. I actually believe that when I am concerned about finding things like hair and scratches surfaces I have to question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. It seems absurd but people don’t want to “know,know” that others have been in the room before them. When I see hair, I wonder if the couch has been cleaned at all, the headboard been wiped down, the carpet been properly cleaned. I will find another hotel the next time I’m in Edson. Oh, the check in was so very unwelcoming. An older lady who seemed to care less about being hospitable. Like, come on…this is technically like your home. Greet me like you want me to be here!

I did a late night quick stop in at this hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The heater was pretty noisy every time the fan kicked in but I had ear plugs so it worked out ok.

Stayed here for work recently. It’s a very basic working town hotel, very clean and close to a number of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The overall feel of the place is a bit tired, but it was very clean and he beds were really comfortable. My toilet was broken and their attempt didn’t work the first time so had to lift the tank lid each time I used it..that was a bit inconvenient but otherwise I would stay here again.

Front desk staff was great (one in particular, especially), hotel rooms were very clean and quiet. Loved the blackput curtains as my husband was on night shift and needed to sleep during the day. I liked that it was walking distance to restraunts and grocery store. The guest laundry room could have used some attention though but other than that, I will definitely be staying here again.
