Thank you Sharlene for your constructive feedback. Breakfast is being reviewed and will be improved shortly. Currently we are adding staff to the team so we can combat these problems that you faced. With hot water and IT we are addressing these issues. We are reviewing the rooms inventory and if items need replacing then they will be replaced. We will have Iririki back as you remember it for your next stay.

Dear David us We are disappointed to read from your reviews and yes, we say reviews as we also understand you had also visited the resort only a week later once again for a one night where upon you posted a similar review on another OTA platform that has not been published. We also come to find you posted on social media enjoying a happy stay which is bewildering after all the complaining. If your remarks as posted here were so concerning to you, why didn’t you bring this to the attention of Management on your first and second visit during your one night stays? It's hard to understand if the resort did not meet your expectations the first time, then why did you return 8 days later for yet another one-night stay booking through a different channel? All the above mentioned in the your review has no relevance to be honest and not worthy of any further comment.

Response: Date: 15 July 2022 Dear Anonymous We value your feedback with appreciation upon your recent visit to Iririki Island Resort & Spa. It was regrettable one of two main large swimming pools was not open during your stay and apologize for the inconvenience as one pool pumps effected the operations where we had to temporarily close the sunset pool for health & safety concerns. Due to global challenges concerning supply issues, we to have come to experience problems as everyone else at the moment. The resort is fortunate to have had the Infinity Pool next to Infinity Bar & Grill and Azure restaurant open for our guests to enjoy the facilities close by and views across Mele Bay. We have taken notes to your remarks concerning check-out and apologize for the lengthy delay you come to experience. We are in the midst of retraining and hiring new staff where maybe this caused the delay. We appreciated your patience and hope for your kind understanding as we re-establish the level of service our staff and management take pride in to provide excellent service.
