The place is right next to the dead sea by a beautiful boardwalk. The hotel itself had a foul smell on the ground floor, and the room didn't look like anything in the pictures. The food wasn't amazing. and the room wasn't really clean, especially the porch.

Hotel service was terrible. Room service request were extremely long, and workers made you feel like they were doing you a favor. . Additionally both rooms we booked, the AC did not worm and we had to wait 1=hours for it to get fixed

When we first arrived we ran into an issue with an aggressive parking attendant. After speaking with the management about the issue they were very concerned and very quickly and contentiously dealt with the situation. I appreciated their quick and measured response.

They have the most unbelievable beach in the Dead Sea area . for sure the best one and great accessibility. The food is amazing. Cons they don’t have a store in the hotel and no food after dinner or during the day (besides meals)

They closed the pool and took away beach chairs at 5 pm! Were very rude about it too. No place to spend time in the evening. Only buffet option for food and it's pretty gross for a lot of money

I ordered a sleep at this hotel assuming it is as good as its grade. The room was nice, the balcony faced the Dead Sea and the view was great. Dinner was bad, half the food tasted like it was reheated several times, and the variety of salads was very minimal. The glasses were dirty, and it took the waiter 15 minutes to get new ones. I won’t elaborate about the breakfast, which was just bad. Overall, there are better hotels in my opinion.

Got surprise welcome freash fruit plate. Great ocean and mountain view from balcony. Free bikes for hotel guests use Elevators are too few and tight in size. Greenwall at entrance. Staff was always helping and working from on site managers cheffs and maids

Alles in Ein Bokek is duur, dus vergelijk dit niet met een “normaal” hotel van 300 euro want dan valt het tegen. Alles was ‘okay’ behalve de parkeerplekken (parkeerplaats is heel klein en continu vol), en het strand (om vier uur al dicht terwijl overal tot vijf uur was aangegeven). Spa zat goed vol. Very unplasent stay, do not go their! Many porblems,Sewage leaks at the entrance to the dining room and a stench for the entire weekend, without treatment and disdain from the management, poor food quality.

Love the location, few meters away from Dead Sea water. Shopping mall is walking distance. Breakfast is amazing plenty’s of variety selection.we really enjoy our stay.

In general fine, we enjoy, BUT must be cleaned!

Too expensive to what you gett. Quite nice breakfast and dinner, nice room -sea view, but with dirty shower, was discusting!! Spa and facilities not clean as well. Great location, quick and good service but disappointed as no parking in hotel. Spa treatments were ok but not that good for the high price.

We'd read many terrible reviews and we're worried about our stay. We were pleasantly surprised. We had a gorgeous view and wonderful access to the dead sea. We did not utilize the spa facilities, but we were pleased with the dining options.

Very good spa and rooms, one of the best options around I think. They had problems of cleaning the room but they take care of it once we complained.

Very rude staff. They don’t clean your room when they are supposed to. When you put the do not disturb sign on than they enter the room. Front desk tries to trick you and take more money. Also front desk very rude.

Huge disappointment.

We were fooled by the 9.2 rating into believing this was a high quality hotel. The truth is that this was a 3 start hotel which was refurbished and rebranded during Covid, but the standard of work was clearly shoddy and there are clear signs of wear and tear which has not been attended to. Key issues to be aware of: On site parking - is totally inadequate for the number of rooms. The only alternative is to pay for street parking which is not cheapor necessarily secure. Customer service - was a real disappointment. There was no water on the day of our arrival - just sand blowing out from the tap. It took 24 hours for hot water to flow. There was no communication from the hotel, no apology and no offer of compensation. A real couldn't care less attitude which permeated throughout - staff expected guests to get out of their way if not both could pass at the same time. Food - breakfast was the usual excellent Israeli offering, but the coffee machines kept on failing. No food available at the pool and none available during our stay at the lounge bar. Totally unacceptable. Pool - is fairly modest in size, inadeqaute seating around and no grounds. The views are not quite as they seem in the hotel's photo - see attached. Spa - excellent treatment. Changing room was in desprate need of repair and simple cleaning. Beach - the saving feature (although had the hotel been responsible for its upkeep it would probably have been poorly maintained!) Perhaps we were unlucky but take care!
