for the price, it was a fair value. walls are “thin” so noisy guests are easy to hear in the next room.

It was a nice hotel, with a high quality breakfast. It is located quite far from the city center (about 45 minutes walking, 8 minutes driving)... which has its benefits of being quiet and away from the harriness of the tourists in the city.

Franco was super helpful!!! he carried all of our heavy luggage upstairs and fixed up our room. He even found me a can opener. He went above and beyond what would be expected and our stay was wonderful. The breakfast was buffet and had many options. The beds were comfortable in the rooms were very clean. I highly recommend this property.

Très agréable
Très agréable, confortable, propre et personnel gentil. Seule l’insonorisation n’est pas très bonne.

Hotel ótimo!
Hotel possui uma estrutura muito boa. Chuveiro e cama são muito bons. Ótimo para descanso depois de uma boa aventura nos glaciares. A vista para o lago é sensacional! O café da manhã é bom, mas pode melhorar. Poucas opções e variedades.

Tres bel endroit, bien situé. Par contre l'acces est difficile à trouver. Mais cela ne doit pas être un frein car sur place vous trouverez une superbe vue, des chambres spacieuses et propres ainsi qu'un restaurant avec plats typiques.

Decent place, but not as nice as advertised
First, the good: The view of the Lake is beautiful. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is available. Now the less good: condition of the hotel is a little more basic and run down than it appears in pictures. The carpet is worn, the bathroom door in my room didn't shut, the driveway isn't paved, and there is no elevator to the second floor. I booked 2 rooms, intentionally requesting one with a single bed and one with 2 beds. We were checked into the wrong rooms and, without an elevator it was too much work to swap. The site says the hotel has an airport shuttle, but this is not included. It just means that they will call you a cab, or a shuttle that drives around picking people up for the airport. You have to pay for either. I therefore found the advertising to be somewhat misleading. They will call you a taxi to downtown and pay for it at 5 or 6 set times during the day, so that is better than nothing, but they don't pay for the return trip and you can't go to any other destinations. Overall, there were some good things about the place, but for the $75ish I paid, I expected more. If you are getting a room for a lower price it would be worth it.

Está muy lejos del centro, necesitas taxi para todo. Estuvimos tres noches en total, y dos de ellas sin calefacción, nos dijeron que ya estaba solucionado la primera noche pero no fue así, al final se apaño con unos calefactores, pero no era el servicio que se esperaba. El personal que nos atendió intento ayudarnos y nos dijo q se nos compensaría de alguna manera por las molestias, pero en el check out no hubo ninguna respuesta.

The property and rooms and not properly furnished, and the hotel decor looks like they run out of money before finishing it. Restaurant and bar services are poor both in quality, variety and service. Shuttle runs only at odd hours an dis not really a hotel shuttle, is local taxis that cannot take more than 4 people at a time. The only three positives are cleaninness, attentiveness of the front desk and the amazing view

Perfect little stay with jaw dropping views
My husband and I spent one night at Terraza Coirones Hotel while on our honeymoon. The hotel is cosy with very lovely staff and free breakfast included. Our favourite part about it was the sweeping views of Lago Argentino from our room as well as the common areas. Highly recommend!

Beautiful setting overlooking Lago Argentino. Several miles outside of town; car required. Plentiful parking. Did not visit the dining room for any meal other than breakfast. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, just the usual. Checkin was easy and staff was helpful. Limited English spoken. Room had nice lake view and was decent size. King bed was comfortable and room was clean. Bath was great. Good water pressure and plentiful hot water. Unfortunately the adjoining room had guests who arrived late and were extremely loud. The walls are part of the problem as we could hear the both sides of a cell phone conversation. Very close to waterfront sidewalk that was very much enjoyed. Glacier was amazing and the restaurants in town were really good. Overall the hotel looked tired andforlorn.

Great location and view, this is the selling point but the the hotel is ok, it literally is just ok. Noise was a problem, the walls seemed very thin and we could here everything that was going on in the next room. The curtains were terrible, in the summer, the sun rises at 5am, so we were woken up early with a fully lit bedroom. The reception staff also seemed uninterested in anything.

La vue ne fait pas tout...
Superbe vue sur le lac mais seulement certaines chambres pas la notre, qui plus est très petite pour 3. Heureusement il a été possible de changer moyennant supplément ( même si la chambre coûtait bien moins cher que lorsque nous avions réservé !) Attention à la lumière en été . Il fait jour jusqu’à 22h et tôt le matin et les rideaux ne sont pas occultant. Petit déjeuner sommaire. Dîner : il vaut mieux aller en ville.

O visual que se tem do hotel é admirável! A localização é fora do burburinho do centro. Se você estiver de carro, o hotel será a melhor relação custo benefício da cidade. Para os que estiverem sem carro, há opção de van do hotel (na ida apenas) e táxis. Táxis ou remizes não são caros!

Great views of lake and situated outside El Calafate with free evening shuttle. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast could be vastly improved though as food served of a poor standard. Evening restaurant food reasonable. Would say hotel over priced but then El Calafate is expensive.

Loved the views to wake up to. We like the fact that the hotel was not near the town centre as it gave us stunning views. The room was bigger than most of the other hotels we stayed in on our trip. The staff were very helpful especially at the bar and dining room. The food was the only negative. It was not good
