Nice clean Hotel. Staff friendly the only thing we were a little disappointed about was that the Spa and Suna was not available before 2 pm yet the check out was for 12 noon.

I loved this hotel! Super clean, amazing and super helpful staff and they have a spa which you have access for an hour. Honestly loved it!

Great place for a stop if arriving or leaving Alicante Airport. This is our second stay and it was as pleasant as the first, the food in the restaurant is excellent. Only thing for us was the bed was a bit wobbly, waking up each time one of us moved! It didn't spoil our experience or make us not stay there again.

The location near the airport was primary reason for choice. Our room was described as deluxe but did not feel like it. The bedding was beautiful,high quality and comfortable

We were hoping for a clean, comfortable hotel close to Alicante airport, and Hotel Areca delivered! Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good too -- will definitely stay again for any early morning flights out!

A lovely hotel and close to the airport for our very early flight. Room was very modern clean and comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. They booked a taxi early for us that arrived bang on time €18. The only thing that I could negatively comment on was the lack of grab handles in the shower. Once there was soap on the floor it turned into a skating rink. A bit dicey when you are older and need a bit of support!

We had a terrible experience with our flights being delayed for 6 hours, then cancelled then rescheduled and delayed again. Arrived at the hotel to find out they had given our room away even though we had paid in full. Would have appreciated at least one night or refund but took payment for 3 nights very disappointed.

We are sorry that you had a terrible experience with the planes, but we are not guilty of that situation and had up to 24 hours throughout the day and part of the morning to warn us that they were not coming, on the other hand it is not right to put comment with false information, you were only charged the amount of the first night, if your reservation is 225 approx, and you are charged 85, it means that it is 1 night of the 3, which by the way is the price of the no show policy.

A "gem" near the Alicante Airport! The hotel appears to be recently refurbished: rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast in a garden area with outdoor dining and a pleasant water feature. The hotel is in a walkable part of town with great food and drink choices at very reasonable prices!

This was [apparently] the only 4-star hotel in Torrellano, and it definitely lived up to its rating. This was one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at. Just a short walk to the IFA (where i was attending an event), the hotel featured a courteous and multilingual staff, occasional 10€ ride to the airport (only 5 minutes away), and an open late restaurant with great food (the apple dessert was amazing). Highly recommended.

Friendly helpful staff, room clean, lovely bathroom. Food in restaurant very nice, good menu, something for everyone and good prices. Only down side was not being able to get the room cool enough but I was there when it was particularly hot. If you arrive late parking is an issue, had to leave the car in a side street a few roads up from the hotel

The hotel itself was top notch and the staff was extremely helpful. We also ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and it was very good with plenty of options and excellently prepared food. There is nothing much in the area around the hotel which is the only negative offset by how convenient it is to the airport. Overall we would stay here again.
