I, all around liked every thing. It was quiet and the staff was super sweet and friendly. Clean and I felt safe being there alone with my son.

The carpet is very old needs to be pulled up. So I would not stay there again for that reason. Everything else was fine They need to change out the tub. Better breakfast.

Lady at desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Refused reservation even though our trip was protected. Staff kept hanging up when calling back for refund. Refused refund and my partner and I have not received that money back and was charged.

Stacy/lacie the lady that checked us in went above the ask to make sure we had the room for our family. My kiddos treated her like family and she the same the whole time we were there. The rooms need some freshening up though. But good value for the money.

Clean but won't be back.
Hotel is in a nice area and cleanliness was fine. Staff was fine. Hotel policies are why I won't be back. Upon checking in I was informed there would be a $75 hold placed on my card for "incidentals". That was annoying but not a deal breaker. Upon check out I requested a receipt. They told me they don't give receipts to guests who booked third party (hotels.com). In my book, there are too many hotels that are just as nice or moreso where I don't have to deal with annoyance.

The breakfast food was sufficient, except we needed sugar free syrup for our waffles. The tub bottom of the tub was dirty. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful

The staff greeted you every time, area was clean and family friendly. The room wasn't cleaned daily and towels were a problem. We had to go get towels and ask for the garbage to be empty. The last day we had to use pool towels. The one thing that was the worst was Thanksgiving day. The staff opened the breakfast an extra hour which was great with three children but apparently the management come in an closed the breakfast down.

Good location and staff. Rooms need updated.
We stayed two nights. The first morning I was awakened about 6 a.m. by doors slamming and, I guess, people checking out early. The room was, I guess, average. It just seemed a little rundown and smelled a little stale. The king size bed was overly firm to the point I had to surround myself with pillows to be able to sleep. My thirteen year old granddaughter wanted to sleep on the pull-out couch and didn’t complain, but when I sat on her bed it was very saggy. The bathtub had seen better days and needed a grab rail of some kind. The best thing about it was the staff. They were very nice and accommodating. The waffles at the breakfast bar were quite good.

This is a very old place and I could barely could get the valet cart into room 219 due to narrow entrance path.(Probably not legal, I'll check for you)

Spent two nights here recently to go to my uncles funeral in Vine Grove. The continental breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve seen they also had scrambled eggs, ham, cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, very nice clean you couldn’t beat the price. The only one issue we had was our tub would not drain properly which I did let the front desk staff know when I checked out, other than that everything was great I would definitely recommend staying here
