The hotel looks a little old from the outside but the inside is great. The rooms are nicely upgraded air conditioner work the shower was the best from a long day of driving. I would stay here great place.

When I arrived there was no one available to check me in. There was a man in the lobby who told me that the desk clerk would be back shortly. Upon checking in, I was informed that the dog policy was not what was represented on Expedia. It was double per pet and now charged per night meaning I would have to pay $200 for 2 under 8-pound dogs to stay in my room with me. I ended up paying $100 for my dogs for 4 nights. On previous stays to this hotel, I paid $50 for the entire stay for both dogs. There is no elevator in the hotel. I was booked on the second floor and had to carry my luggage and dogs up the stairs to the room. The room was not clean. There was dust on every surface and the bed linens had black hairs when I pulled down the blankets. The bathroom was not clean. There were black hairs in the tub and sink. The pet area behind the hotel was full of weeds and dog feces. I picked up my dog's poop but was disgusted at the condition of the unmaintained area. The breakfast provided was great. That is the only nice thing that I had to say about this property.

I did not end up staying there. The 1st room had someone’s pizza box in it. They gave me a new room,the sheets had some crumbs. By then I was grossed out and checked out. The customer service was not that great. I waited 48 minutes in The lobby to see about a refund and ended up leaving with some guys number and a name. I reserved another room at the same place for my daughter and her friends. We ended up down the street in a clean hotel. How can I recover my money?

I liked the room, as the floor was wood-look laminate and the bathroom was ceramic tile and all was clean. The bed was comfortable and the microwave and mini fridge made choices for meals easier. The front desk was helpful yet not intrusive ( I don’t know why, but some hotel staff act like they have to know everything about me and my stay.) I will stay here again and this stay of four nights was very pleasant and comfortable. Also very affordable. Great job Quality Inn!

Súper nice check in person…very friendly. Room was not entirely clean….bucket in hallway catching water from leaky ceiling. Trash in front parking littering the area. We brought our dog which was an extra $20 fee. But the pet relief area was dismal with dog poop everywhere as there were no provided bags. Very disappointing!

Nice stay overall. The employee doing checkin was a little unprofessional (dressed unprofessionally and making strange, slightly inappropriate comments), but it didn’t make the stay bad. Easy to access from the interstate and a good value.

The Hotel is a little run run down and needs to be remodeled, but it was quiet and definitely is worth the money.

Not so good. Check in was okay. Room was ok but I have stayed in better. Guess you get what you pay for. Was woken up at 5:00 am with people in the hallway vacuuming the floor and talking loud. So we were awake. so we got dressed and left the hotel at 5:30am. So don’t think we will be staying there again.

The night there was a disaster of comic proportions. The toilet flooded our room. The night manager blamed us for putting toilet tissue down the toilet and blocking it. Unaware of the fact that I know a lot about plumbing, and we had not blocked their faulty toilet. If the toilet had been blocked it would not have caused the cistern to freeflow for 10 minutes and flooded the room. These things happen, but the staff response was deplorable. We were given keys to a new room, but there was no interest in our plight. So, we repacked did our best to dry out all the clothes, footwear and luggage that had been soaked, in the second room. When we questioned the manager in the morning via his translator, (apparently, he does not speak English) we were informed that there was no chance of a refund as it was all our fault. We will be taking that up with Expedia when we get back to the UK
