Moment you walk inside you are greeted with a squeaky loud door, filthy room, and damaged furniture. Lamp lights on both ends of the bed, paper towel holder, and cabinets were broken. Luggage cart didn’t work well and dirty. The room was falling apart the longer you look around. The toilet paper quality was bad. Stains throughout the room. Not to mention towel had a few stains, too. It was purely unacceptable. Thin walls — not to mention the customer service was not all there even with the lack of effort. Marriott expectations was not met.
