Hi Derek, Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. I do apologize for the phone issues as we have had issues for about a week now and are still working on those. I also apologize for you finding old toys behind chairs in the room as that is not upholding our standards. I will touch base with our housekeeping department to rectify this issue and assure it does not happen again. We are actively seeking awaiting parts to fix the heating issue in the pool room, although the pool is technically ok to swim in, there is no heat in the room! It is frustrating that your stay hit during all these issues, and we are working hard to fix them. I do hope that if your travels bring you back into the area, you might give us another try.
