The front desk clerk Kassy was extremely rude on the phone and actually hung up on me when I questioned how they billed me. Would never recommend this hotel in the future!

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be discussing this directly with Kassy as this is not acceptable behavior. To confirm the Mastercard ending in 5481 was used for payment, the Mastercard ending in 6139 was used for incidentals but that has been voided and will be released back to your account by the end of the business day. Again I apologize for the interactions of our front desk agent and we will be addressing this immediately so this is not an issue moving forward.

Excellent customer service and staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so nice and yummy and clean! and fresh fruit! There was too much chlorine smell in the hot tub one day.

The staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast was amazing! Very nice pool and hot tub with exercise area overlooking the pool, so adults could work out while kids swim

We do sincerely apologize for the issue with the pool. There was an issue with the heaters the day prior and while we had remedied the issue it takes a long time to heat up as there is 5000 gallons in our pool. We do hope to see you again in the future!

This is an amazing hotel! We enjoyed our stay. All good things to say. The front desk lady was super friendly, she made fresh cookies at night, pool was decent temp, hot tub was perfect, beds and pillows comfortable, you can log in to Netflix on the tv, and the breakfast was delicious!

The hotel was nice. When taking a shower the water was lukewarm.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast bar was mediocre. Our room hadn’t been dusted recently, but the linens were clean. Bedspread and a towel had holes in them. Decent hotel, but overpriced at $160 per night

Just a couple of things wrong
Generally OK. A couple of maintenance/cleaning things, as follows. Sink drain was not clear — slow drainage from just running the faucet. There was a broken knob lying in the bottom of the bathtub.

Wonderful
We had such a great stay here. We were amazed by the friendly staff. They were wonderful! We stayed just 1 night but had a great stay. Clean, roomy room. Pool was perfect and breakfast was great. The gal organizing the breakfast was extremely kind and the man at the front desk was super helpful. We will come back!

Fantastic Stay!
We loved the Snowcap Lodge. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had (and we've had a lot of them!) Homemade yeast batter waffles with fresh raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries. Delicious!

We loved the pool and hottub which were well maintained, and the excellent FREE breakfast. We happened to have room 101 which, while conveniently located to the outside door, - meant you also heard everyone coming and going at all hours. For one night it was fine, otherwise recommend earplugs!
