Fabulous place to stay!
Mike and his staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive. Mary served breakfast and was a constant smiling face throughout tge days. Relaxing on the indoor and outside patios was a definite treat!

Acorn Inn is Amazing!!
Amazing location close to downtown Elon and Elon University. Room was very large and incredibly comfortable! Little touches like popcorn and cookies for guests make you feel right at home!!

Excellent Location ...but.... Cheap construction and corners cut: you can hear everyone else in the building, breakfast is only from 7:30 am to 9:30 am (no latitude for sleeping in a little bit), small escetic tip - don’t have all the clothes hangers be plastic (all different colors and styles as if picked from a pile) or a “wood” Bebe” on from Marshalls

Great place to stay in Elon
I love the Acorn hotels...the only thing...ask for a second floor room, as you can hear the footsteps of the people upstairs.

Lovely place to stay. Super close to the Elon university, however we had a lower floor room and it sounded like there were elephants in the room above stomping around at 5am. Next time I’d book a room I’d request an upstairs location. Wish there had been glasses as opposed to plastic cups in the rooms in the bathrooms. Staff were super friendly and accommodating though.

Thank you for your review and great tip for light sleepers and suggestion regarding disposable cups. We do have glass coffee mugs and wine glasses in the suite but will definitely consider glass in the restroom as well.

Cozy and Kind Inn - Perfect for Business
This is a very cozy place to stay! Incredibly comfy beds with lots of space to work/relax in the rooms. Friendliest staff and plenty of snacks around the Inn. I always stay here when I am at Elon!

Inn is literally across the street from Elon University where we were taking a college tour with our daughter. Lovely breakfast included in the rate. Spacious, clean room and walking distance to all sorts of fun yummy restaurants.

Trip to Elon University
The Acorn Inn was a perfect choice for my son and I to stay while attending Elon's Musical Theater auditions..the staff was wonderful; they were engaging, full of information, and all of the service was terrific. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed! The proximity to Elon's campus is fabulous since we had to frequently go back and forth. I would definitely recommend The Acorn Inn for anyone visiting the school, and if my son is admitted, will stay there when visiting!

Walking distance to Elon University.
Our shower was broken and there wasn’t anyone available to fix it so we weren’t able to bath. Apparently they knew there was a problem with that shower but rented the room out anyway.

It’s the only inn on a college campus and it is very welcoming and accommodating. It also partners with a local winery to make the stay even more fun.

Always a great stay!
This was our second stay at the Acorn Inn. The Inn offers comfortable facilities and a friendly staff. It is within walking distance to the Elon campus, along with several shops and restaurants. My wife and I will definitely stay here again and would recommend the Acorn Inn to anyone.

Wonderful location, wonderful inn!!!
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable! The breakfast was fantastic, although the advertising is a little misleading because you do have to pay for the eggs for breakfast, which isn't stated on the website. I don't mind paying at all, it's the fact that what's advertised is not what's given. Overall, I would definitely come back and highly recommend this beautiful inn to friends and colleagues. My husband and I had an absolutely fabulous time and hated to leave.

Best Place Ever!
For many years, I've stayed in hotels or B&B places on the average of two a month. By far, this particular place out ranks them all! It was super clean and very comfortable. The attention to detail was especially surprising: monogrammed towels, handmade soaps, and wonderful snacks in the room. I loved the breakfast variety and the outdoor veranda. I'm definitely returning!

Friendly and comfortable. No one was there to meet us and luckily another guest told us how to open the key safe since we didn't receive an email with the instructions. Breakfast was delicious and staff very hospitable. Very close to Elon's campus.
