Arrived at the property and was assigned a smoking room out by the pool. Got into my room and laid down for a nap before work that night and I was startled by something crawling on my face. Needless to say it was a bedbug. Immediately packed my belongings and went to the counter to report it. The staff members was kind and resigned me to a different area of the hotel. She also informed me that I was the 1st guest to start in the room after another guest was there for 1 month. Do not stay in the smoking side of this hotel.

Shower had no hot water. Breakfast gave us serious stomach problems. And not enough towels. Cheapest shampoo and bar of soap I may have ever seen at a hotel.

A lot of disrepair in the bathroom and around the room such as old hairdryer that works no longer stay on the wall, cracked baseboard, badly stained and cracked sink and tub, torn lamp shade. It was clean but super outdated and the towels were small, mismatched and thin. I did not feel unclean or uncomfortable, just could have began way more aesthetically appealing.

Outstanding place for the price.
My husband and I had a fantastic weekend. This was our second time staying here while we show our Mastiffs at the Chisolm Trail Expo. The staff are super friendly and had nothing but nice things to say about our giant dogs. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice, good coffee, juice, big selection of carbs and fresh fruit (no protein). Lobby is super cute with western decor.

I think they saved the worst rooms for Travelocity. Dead bugs on carpet, burn hole in bedspread, baseboards off and wall crumbling behind it. I chose this hotel because it had a 8.4 rating. I wouldn’t go back. Staff was extremely nice though.

The only problem I had was the hotel owner told me that I could not have overnight guests and no guests in the pool only me? Not too sure I like someone telling me I can not have a guest over night when I paid for a two person room.

The hotel has false advertisement, The pictures on the website make it look modern with a beautiful pool, Well the place is old and dirty and the pool was green. I don’t think the picture of the pool on the website was even the old green pool that they have!

The room was very clean, bed comfortable and pillows fluffy, good layout and great water pressure in shower! The advertised breakfast was a fluke. Just cereal, waffles, packet grits and oatmeal, juice, coffee, toast. Nothing healthy to choose. No variety. Pool PH or something off due to recent rains, so it was closed.

Stayed here for a filming job. Safe and mostly quiet location. The bad? The tub and sink were clogged. Uncovered outlets, ice machine was broken, mattress had a lump where people slept, and the chair’s covering was peeling off and it was broken.

I appreciated the price. I booked in advance online and the price was reasonable. My room was clean and comfortable. My bathroom was in need of minor repairs to the wall, but the rest of the room was perfect. I wish the towels had been softer.

Booked this place because it was a little cheaper than another but still had good reviews (8/10 when I booked). In reality, very run down, outdated, and needs a lot of maintenance, especially the bathroom. Walls scuffed and dirty, needs new paint. Carpet fraying and old. Sheets were clean, but you can tell no one had been in our room for a long time. A/C smelled musty and old every time it came on. Staff was friendly though, and pets were welcome (for additional fee).

We really like this hotel.
We had another enjoyable stay. Our room was showing its age, but it was still nice and comfortable. I loved the shower. Breakfast was nice. I had a bagel, a bowl of instant grits and then some raisin bran. I could have also had some instant oatmeal, a waffle or toast. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel in bad shape. Ice machine didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work in our room. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Beer bottle left in bathroom. No hand or bath soap. Towels and linens real cheap and thin. Shower spray head not good. Bed was comfortable. AC unit very loud. Fridge was loud.
