호텔은 밖에서 보이는 것은 선택을 잘 못했다는 생각이 먼저 들지만, 들어가 보면 기대보다 청결하고, 매우 친절함. 고객 응대는 최고점을 주고 싶음. 주차장이 좀 떨어져 있어 아쉽지만 가격을 생각해 보면 아주 우수한 호텔임. 렌트카, 가족 여행으로 선택하기에 추천함

Steenhard bed, veel wakker door rijdend verkeer. Ontbijt matig (geen spek met ei, geen vers fruit). Dit was het minst goede hotel van onze 5 hotels. We zouden het niet meer kiezen. Maar voor een drie sterrenhotel redelijk.

Such lovely staff and always so helpful with information on how to get around amd places to visit. Perfect location, literally just across the street from the roman ruins of Herculaneum, a short walk to the royal palace of Portici, and 2 train stations where you can easily get trains to Pompeii in 20 minutes, and Sorrento or Salerno in an hour and then on to the wonderful day trips along the Amalfi coast by bus or boat, and also to Naples in 20 minutes. Highly recommend

The room I purchased was not the room I was provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevator only went to the second floor. The front door locks behind you so you have to be buzzed in.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast and ideal base to visit herculaneum and pompeii! Right across the road from the gate to herculaneum and you can wander in and see the site from above-magic!!

The staff at Hotel Herculaneum are very very friendly and helpful. To go to Napoli you need a car or you can go easily by train. There are plenty of pizza places around, next to the hotel there is an Italian tavern with specific local Napolitan cuisine. We were very happy and we recommend

The room was very small. Could barely walk around the bed and was worn. Frig didn't cool. Not what we expected from photos. The front desk lady was rude. The maid and food service staff were great and the breakfast was nice. The location right across from the ruins was perfect. Noisy at night with fireworks. It had lots of stairs and no view.

The property itself was fine. A bit outdated and older. Overall perfect for what we needed. Not the cleanest place and the area was not very busy and not well lit at night. It did not feel unsafe though. The area was not easy to get around without a car. My biggest issue is with Expedia as what we booked was not what we recieved at the site and ended up having to pay more than we already paid because our booking didn't match the actual property.

Pluspunkt vom Hotel ist die sehr schöne Dachterrasse und die zentraleLage zum Hercaluneum. Vom Hotel aus ist man in wenigen Minuten am Bahnhof. Von dort hat man eine gute Anbindung an Neapel, Pompeji und Sorrent. Unser Zimmer war leider sehr klein und leider nicht ordentlich geputzt ( auf dem Bettlaken waren noch Haare ) . Der Zustand der Einrichtung ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ansich merkt man aber ,dass Wert auf liebevolle Details gelegt wird.

Awesome staff!!
The staff is so very friendly and helped me arrange a taxi for my early morning flight. The area felt safe, multiple little places to sit down in eat within walking distance and could pretty much overlook the little cafes from the balcony in my room. Bathroom in the room is a little worn but ok for my one night quick stay. Would recommend!

Room size was big and nice (booked a triple bed) but the hotel has very limited facilities, there is no tea or coffee in the room, breakfast is very simple and hotel is located half an hour away from Napoli. It is a average hotel and it is good for few nights stay but nothing special about it.

Vi hittade hotellet genom Google maps, och såg att hotellet hade en pool, och alla rummen såg ljusa och trevliga ut. När vi kommer dit får vi reda på att det inte existerar någon pool, sen när vi får nyckeln till vårat rum visar det sig att vi har en balkong, men den är kolsvart eftersom de klätt in allt i fejkad häckplanta och plast så något ljusinsläpp var bara att glömma. Man fick även lyssna på när grannen spolade i sin toalett :) Men nära till Herculaneum.

Is a wonderful hotel perfect location so you can go and visit Naples, Sorrento, Pompeii, and the Herculaneum site and museum. The staff is wonderful and always smiling In my book I will give them 5 stars. Also, close to the hotel on your right side there is a restaurant called VIP typical Italian restaurant. The food is great but the owners are so nice. No complaints about staying in Ercolano
