I am sorry that you had this kind of response from our Front Desk Agent Alain. This is not how he should have been when you needed something extra. I do apologize for that. Unfortunately we do not offer pack & plays or cribs at our hotel.

We hope that you come back and stay with us again soon. Yes our bathrooms do need some updating and hopefully we are able to do that in the near future.

I am sorry that you were bumped to the same style room you had originally booked, the only difference is it was a queen bed instead of a king. The room you originally booked was not available, so yes we unfortunately had to bump you to a room that is very comparable. We had a full house last night at Candlewood Suites. We do not serve breakfast as we are an extended stay hotel and all suites have a full kitchen. We provide waffle machine still as we do not have to, but want our guests to have a little something. Our coffee machine is not broken, our coffee shipment has not arrived yet, so yes we have a keurig so our guests can still enjoy a cup of coffee downstairs if they decided not to make coffee in their room when starting their day. We really hope that you come back and stay with us again
