Pour la TV on a plus d’une chaîne, donc si vous nous aviez signalé ça, nous aurions pu le régler de suite. Nous avons une personne qui fait l’entretien sur place en permanence. Estimado Asdrubal, Siento que haya tenido tan mala experiencia en Riad Zahra en su estancia de una noche. Querría puntualizar que ya a su llegada , y antes de ver la habitación, no estaba convencido de donde venía. No somos un hotel 5 estrellas, pero tampoco un hostel. Es un Riad pequeño y familiar donde el trato cordial y el buen ambiente se le da más importancia que al lujo, como lo describen la mayoría de nuestros clientes. Uds. escogieron una habitación doble standard y es cierto que era la última y ésta se encuentra en la planta baja, donde hay menos luminosidad que en las plantas superiores. Tenemos habitaciones de categoría superior algo más altas en precio, pero de mucha mayor superficie y con mejores vistas, incluso al mar, ya que la construcción que tenemos delante no impide tener una buena vista al mar. El wifi funciona perfectamente, pero a veces hay problemas de red desde la compañía Maroc Telecom que hace que la conexión no sea tan rápido como se desea. A través de las centrales de reserva no se puede mantener una conversación dando los detalles de las habitaciones, ya que es todo automático. Le sugiero que la próxima vez contacte el hotel que desea contratar solicitando más información sobre la habitación que va a tener. Saludos cordiales

Dear Guest, Thanks for your visit and for taking time to write your experience. When you found the shower head broke , you could to signal the problem and 5 minutes later will be resolved. The turtles are very well and no bad impact to live here, because the water of the pool is little bit salt water with minimum quantities of chlorine. Riad is the name for the kind of construction and where the owners live. I'm very sad to know your experience in Riad Zahra was not nice. All the best Xavier
