We really e joyed our stay at Glacier Haven RV park. The service we received from Steve was amazing, always so friendly and went out if our way to help us when we got locked out of our van. Loved the room too! So cute and Cody. Would definitely stay again and recommend it. Great value for money in a place that can be quite pricey in general. Thank you again!

I stayed in a cabin that hasn’t been updated from the 1700’s. Expensive and staff had more stupid rules the I thought were possible. No bathroom or sinks in cabin. Need to walk to community bath house. 20 miles from Glacier Nation Park was nice. Everything was closed at motel because of Covid. Avoid at all costs

You chose to book the ECONOMY cottage. The description clearly states that is does not have a bathroom or other amenities. It was built and furnished just a few years ago with the cabin theme. Hundreds of happy guests have stayed there. You can read the guest book and speak to our other guests to know the truth. As for rules, they are put into place to keep all our guests safe and to keep our place clean and, then, only after dealing with problems caused by another guest.

Worst service I have ever delt with! No WiFi, everything was out dated and she charged me $50 for assuming I slept on top of the comforter!!! Absolute worst service! Nothing like letting your guests know your lack of cleaning. I would never recommend or stay there again.

During this pandemic we are taking extra care in cleaning. We are asking (requiring) that our guests sleep between our fresh, clean sheets. Guests who choose to sleep on the blankets cause extra cleaning time. It is obvious that this policy caused the nasty comments. We have served 1000's of happy guests. Our place is constantly called one of the cleanest places to stay!

We got in late and they directed us all the way to our site. All the while they were patient and complient with us. The cabin was too nice also.

The woman who runs the place has a strange restriction about sleeping in between the blankets. If you sleep on top of the blankets, she'll charge you $50 extra. On its own, this requirement is that bad. But it made me suspicious as to whether or not she was washing both the sheets and the blankets. There also is no WiFi and a train runs right past the building.

During this pandemic, guests can be assured that the bed they are sleeping in is clean, but who wants hair and dirt all over the blankets!!! We pride ourselves on our cleanliness. Sheets are ALWAYS washed between guests! I do wash blankets and quilts periodically, just not nightly, nor am I required to wash blankets and quilts unless they are soiled. I also UV the surfaces in the room between guests. The $50 doesn't even cover the extra hours, wages, utilities, etc. caused by this strange new trend of sleeping on top of blankets.

The place was clean, however we were lead to believe this was a cabin but it's just a room, the trucks zipping by in the front and the train going during the night in the back made it difficult to sleep. Staff was very nice though!

The rooms were very clean and nice, the price was good... at first. But beware, even with a service dog you will be charged an extra $25 for cleaning. And FYI, they do not give you a heads up about that even when you call ahead of time to make sure it’s all good for your dog. And dont you dare arrive too late. You’ll get charged for that. Don’t sleep on top of the comforter or you can get an extra charge. If you’re taller than 6ft, be prepared to hit your head walking in the room or while attempting a shower. If you have a very wide backside you won’t be able to sit on the toilet. And don’t expect A/C. Although, they do provide a box fan which was a life saver in the middle of July. If you just need a cheap, clean, place to lay your head, this is the place for you.

Very friendly folks , gave me clear directions on how to get there , dinner served between 6-8 and they have a menu of choices. Only drawback is there is no phone or WiFi network here. If your goal is to be cut off from technology this is ok. I was hoping to get some email done and no luck

Owners were very nice people but due to Covid no food, room very small and dark, active railroad in back of motel, so between the train and a road very noisy at night. Vent for dinner at the Resort in Essex, got water, waited 1/2 hr and no one came to give us menu ! So we left. We left Essex after 1st night , East Glacier was closed and nothing to do in Essex after you see a goat lick and if you don't fish..

These are difficult times, so thank you for staying with us. We wish we could have have our cafe open when you were here to take care of you for dinner. We can not control and change what is going on around us, including our colleges. We should not be downgraded due to everything else as well.

The property owner and caretaker was very nice, her name was Julie. We were checking in late and we gave her a ring to notify her. She was accommodating and waited for us until 10:30 pm. She checked us in and gave us park recommendations. She also gave us the option to upgrade our camping cabin to the hotel room, which we gladly did. She made sure that every morning she would remake our beds and replenish towels. We tried to minimize her efforts doing laundry and hung up our towels for reuse. But they were still replaced with fresh ones. She does offer a few food items in the store, and during the summer they offer hot food items. The motel is also located in the middle of the park and it makes it super easy to get from one point of the park to another. I definitely recommend it to any traveler!

We enjoyed our stay at Glacier Haven. It is close to the West Glacier Park entrance. Extremely clean and our hosts were friendly and helpful.

Very cute and comfortable 'old fashioned' room. Clearly not a chain. Lots of thought in the decor. And the BEST huckleberry pie I've ever had. I wish they had a liquor license as we would have liked to have dinner there.

We came to visit Glacier National park. What we needed is nice place to rest between hikes. We got everything . Clean room, shower. Nice people working there, professionals. Nothing bothered us. Certainly will stay there next time we will have trip to the park.

Great place to stay!
It was an excellent place. The owners are friendly and provide you with a lot of information and they serve dinner from 6pm to 8pm and it was very good. Their Huckleberry pie was great.

This was a last minute booking so I was grateful to find anything. The guy that checked us in was really about the rules so much that it was uncomfortable. Even came outside as we were getting in the car for more rules. The cabin was clean and had 3 beds- no air conditioning. The shower area was great- clean no mold. Needed better lighting to the showers/ toilets. I think everyone else was put off by the RULES as the area was very weirdly quiet- no one outside or talking or anything. But the worst was the lack of sleep due to it being literally sandwiched between the highway and the train track. The train roared through 5 times in the night.

The owners of this property are top notch. Not only was the property amazing, but when you sit down for dinner they go over glacier National Park park with you and answer also your questions. We also purchased our bear spray from them and the owner gave us a personal lesson on how to use it. There were no bears to be seen at glacier national park, but the next day we were running a trail in Washington and came upon some. Having that bear spray in hand made us feel so much more confident to back up and remove ourselves from the situation. I just can’t say enough great things about these owners.

The owners were kind and the food was good. The room was teeny tiny with no air conditioning, no WiFi, and the t.v didn’t work. Expensive for what you get.

Thanks for staying with us. Not knowing how many people you had in the room, it does seem small when there are a lot of people in there. All the TVs work, sometimes people have a problem with the controls. Had you advised us of the situation we could have helped you with it.

Everything was great from the moment we got there. The first thing they did when we walked in was set us down for dinner, (due to the time we got there ) then they checked us in. The meal was excellent. I would gladly stay there next time I'm in the area.

Great customer service! The owner was so nice and greeted us when we checked in. He was very hospitable and informative. And he helped us map out the best places to see bears and moose. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Cute decorations of bears. I would stay here again!
