Hi Harry,Thank you for staying at our property and for providing your feedback.The shower cubicle has a door, while the shower is attached to a hose and mounted on an adjustable rail, providing maximum flexibility for height and direction.We would have been able to demonstrate how to adjust the shower for you if we had known you had an issue.We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay if they need to. This is to ensure guests have a pleasant and stress free stay.
