Our room was perfect! Very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I was so pleased there was some gluten free options. I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here in April for a girls trip and have nothing but nice things to say. We got in around midnight and the employee at the counter was very nice and helpful. Our room we clean, good water pressure , dove products for use. I’m sort of picky when it comes to cleanliness of my hotel room and this hotel did not disappoint. Breakfast was included and they had a nice spread. Pancakes, cinnamon rolls, eggs, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurt, coffee, and juice. Much more too. They also kept the buffet clean and stocked. We were here on a Sunday so that may have been why we had a great buffet. We used the washers and dryers without incident. Had laundry soap for purchase. There was an indoor pool and hot tub but we did not use those services. 5/5

This was one of the nicest HI Express hotels I’ve stayed in. Very friendly and helpful front desk folks, decent morning breakfast (not amazing, but pretty tasty and filling), there was a really nice kitchen worker with a great sense of humor who helped folks out at breakfast, and the room was very clean. I’d definitely stay there again!

I've always been impressed with The Holiday Inn Express. It's always a great experience and this location did not disappoint. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff is kind and helpful. The continental breakfast is awesome! Excellent experience!

Always fill so welcomed by staff. Amazing rooms. That include really nice beds. Body soap, Shampoo & conditioner. Also super good breakfast optiones. Bike rentals.

This Holiday Inn Express is so nice. Check in was easy. The staff is friendly. The laundry facilities were great. Most of all, the shower was fantastic. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Kyle, the front desk clerk was amazing. When we arrived, I found out that the hotel was short-staffed due to someoe calling in sick. But when I had asked for an early check in, Kyle didn't hesitate in making calls to housekeeping and walking to the room himself to see how long it would be. Kyle returned and told me that he'd call me when my room was ready and did just that. Instead of complaining and freaking out with the line of customers and the fact that he was short staffed, Kyle handled it all like true professional. He and the really friendly staff made our stay wonderful! I would highly recommend this property.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. I was woken up by staff in the hall on two separate occasions though. So much for sleeping in on my vacation. There's not a lot of options for dining close by but you're literally right by 101, the airport and the beach. Was nice to be able to get on the road and sightsee so quickly and I wasnt in a rush to get to the airport for my flight home.

They had 24hr access to coffee and tea. My kids enjoyed the pool and I appreciated the laundry room. They also helped us when we needed extra towels or a fork to eat in our room.

Very comfortable and quiet, with many well thought out features like room layout, functional furniture, labeled soft and firm pillows, shampoo etc in dispensers, and general attractiveness. A big plus is how safe it feels - no vagrants, drug dealers, pan handlers like you see in Eureka and downtown Arcata, the only people there are hotel employees and customers. Airport nearby but didn’t hear any traffic. Nicest hotel on our 10 day road trip.
