The king room is huge, with a full sized couch and 2 living room chairs. It is basically a suite. The gas fireplace is a nice touch. Having no breakfast is not unusual for hotels in this town, but it would be nice to have a fridge and microwave. I'm not sure if a room with those is available on request or not. I didn't think to ask.
I was concerned there might be noise from the restaurant on the property, but that is no problem at all and it is only open 4 hours a day. However, if you return to the hotel between 5 and 9 PM, you may have to park a ways from your room.
The Bavarian is very private with private balconies and no shared spaces. It is quiet, except occasionally hearing your neighbors jacuzzi, but it's no problem.
If you would prefer a more social experience, I might suggest the Edelweiss, which has shared balcony, decks and gazebo. It also has light breakfast and fridge/microwave. The king room is smaller, but still plenty large enough. No gas fireplace or jacuzzi, if that matters to you, but very engaged owners.
