We asked to be on ground floor and away from the main road. They were very nice and accommodating. Nice place. We love the older hotels with bathtubs and parking outside your door. This place is great.

The staff were very accommodating. They even have free marshmallows and sticks to do smores at their bonfire area. The facilities were very clean. We had a good stay!

Great hotel!
Hidden gym. Don’t let the price fool you-older but very well kept up property. Comfy beds, clean, extras included (including a fire w marshmallows and sticks at night). We will stay again!

Great staff, friendly owner, tidy grounds and clean pool. A/C was fair not great but the hospitality room with the pool table was my favorite. I would recommend to friends and family.

We really liked it here. It’s on a road going east out of town and it was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and quiet even though we were facing the road. the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean but very cool all the time. We still got in. Staff was friendly and helpful. It’s an older property but has been kept up well. We were there for 3 nights and would definitely go back.

Great hotel. No complaints
Great service. It looks like new carpet and tile were in the hotel room/bathroom. Some stuff was outdated but it fits the older hotel feel and was very clean. I was told the owner is in the process of remodeling stuff. I’d def recommend if in the area. No bugs. I’m paranoid of bed bugs so I checked high and low lol. None there!!

This was a fantastic place to stay! The staff was amazing! It was my daughters wedding, they started the fire pit for us the evening of the wedding so everyone could sit around and chat. They had a pool table in the hospitality room that was loads of fun. We will definitely stay here again!

Lots of other places to stay, avoid this one
I probably wouldn’t have left a review but the checkout experience was less than pleasant so here I am. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels, both traveling for work by myself and pleasure with my husband and our three kids. This was a family trip. When we got there, the lady that checked us in was nice. After that, the rest of our stay was meh. The room smelled terrible, like they were trying to cover up another smell. The bathroom was extremely small. The beds had soft blankets but the pillows were probably the worst I’ve ever slept on. The beds were so hard. I booked here cause I didn’t see any reviews that mentioned that but nevertheless, they were uncomfortable to the point that I hardly slept all three days we were there. The pool was closed. There was no breakfast. Seems they have kept the lazy, cheap mentality COVID gave most in the hospitality industry. The pool table in the family room was nice but they closed that early as well. The bonfire was purposed to be exciting for the kids but was over before we even got back for dinner at 8pm on Friday night. There are so many places to stay in this cute little town, that they really should do better. Anyway, I’d keep looking and researching if you’re planning a stay to Eureka Springs. I hope this will help some avoid the backache from this place.

We understand that your checkout experience was less than pleasant because you were handed a bill for the extra undeclared people on your reservation. We are confused by some of your statements because several people were gathered around the fire ring Friday until very late in the evening and the hospitality room is never closed before it’s posted hours. Please, if you had let us know any time during your 3 day stay that there was any issue with comfort in your room, we certainly would have been happy to accommodate you.

I really liked that I felt near nature and yet was on the trolley route for a quick drive to downtown. I also liked that the pool was partially shaded and that they had a nice “common room” with a pool table, card tanleand dart board

We had someone get sick and she needed isolation. The manager was so helpful and got us a room for her immediately. We will definitely stay again!

Good stay for the family
Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean, pool was clean. Wish they had breakfast. My only complaint was there was a heavy disinfectant smell in the room. But it was a comfortable, friendly stay.

Staff was amazing and helpful with sights directions and restaurants. The public area was great with playing cards games and pool table. Morning coffee!!! YES! The pool was very clean. They offer marshmallows and sticks and build a bonfire!

This place was very nice for the price! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained. It is situated in a location close to historic downtown and other attractions.

This hotel was especially nice as it has a large lot next door with a few playground items for kids. It also has a couple outdoor grills and a large area where there is a bonfire every evening complete with marshmallows. Very nice owner.
