Beautiful property and we really enjoyed our stay. The stairs to breakfast were a little questionable, but this will be our go to in Eureka Springs.

room had a very heavy deodorizer scent. Furniture was dated and run down. room size was very small. staff very nice and friendly. room was spotless.

Absolutely beautiful Christmas decorations. Very clean rooms. The bed however, was NOT comfortable. Plenty of pillows, which is great. Very friendly front desk staff.

I like this hotel.
It's clean and in a good location. Beds are a little hard for me but not terrible. Next time I stay I will rent a fan from the front desk ($7/night). Not because it was hot but when the heater turns off there's complete silence. Now if you like that, great, but I need a little "white noise" when I sleep and the heat/AC unit can't run fan and heat together. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Stay here!
This hotel is gorgeous! It had beautiful gardens, absolutely incredible decorations in the 2-story well-appointed lobby, clean rooms, and a huge hot breakfast in a dining room that was decorated like a fine restaurant. The whole feel of the common areas was Victorian. This will be our choice of stay in Eureka Springs in the future. It is in a very quiet area. Best of all was the staff—-friendly, helpful, and accommodating from the manager Chris to Cheryl the afternoon clerk. Thank you!!

Room was well worn; carpet,walls, linens, bath fixtures and the mattress was terrible. All needs to be replaced and updated. We won't be back. However, the front office staff was friendly & helpful. The staff was the only bright spot of the visit.

Property is always lovely with its attention to gorgeous landscaping. Clean room. Breakfast was good… above norm. Sink didn’t drain well, but they came promptly to fix it. Room had some issues… bathroom door was warped and would not close.

The property is lovely, the grounds are spectacular, and the staff wonderful. Our room was very clean, but the ice machine had mold around the chute, and the steps down to the breakfast room needed serious attention. I’d have loved to rated this Inn higher except for these issues.

INSECT INFESTATION
When we first arrived the refrigerator in our room did not work properly. The staff at the hotel replaced the refrigerator the next day with another fridge that did not work. We did not have a working refrigerator until the evening of 2nd day. Our bathroom was infested with ants. They were getting in our toiletries and even in our toothbrushes. When this was brought up to the hotel staff they said "yea that happens this time of year" with zero effort to compensate us for this unacceptable situation. We will not stay at this hotel again and would never recommend this facility to anyone else

The beautiful flower beds! Everywhere you look is another bed of flowers or fountain. There were plenty of towels and a shower that gave lots of immediate hot water. It was clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I have is a covered walkway between our room to the building with the breakfast room

The staff was very friendly. Our main issue was it did not look like the floor was vacuumed because there were peanuts on the floor next to the bed (very visible). The neighbor on one side was also somewhat noisy.

The landscape was nice, there's trash thrown everywhere. Also, so many people at the pool drinking alcohol. Also, i have 2 rooms and both smell like mold and moth balls.

The front desk lady was so kind and helpful. She seemed to really care about our happiness. The rooms were pretty nice quality and cleanliness. The property was quite beautiful but you could tell it was hard to keep up with. Someone was always working on it.

Outside prettier than inside.
Landscaping was good. The hotel is showing its age, along with mattresses and linen. The air conditioner in our room was loud and the bathroom small. Breakfast was the traditional hotel breakfast food.

It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The shower hadn't been cleaned, the linen was stained as were several of the pillows. The breakfast was disappointing. The attitude of some of the staff was not good. I'll never stay at a Quality Inn again.
