Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is near numerous restaurants and stores. The building is clean and functional but is showing some wear and tear.

Old towel, hair blower not working, wasn’t able to get full refund even given an early notice. Overall still good place to stay for a while

Place needs a serious upgrade. Carpets are NASTY and stained. From the hallway to your room and in your room smells like old bar/mode. Rooms are half ass cleaned. And the beds completely OLD with no mattress protection on them NASTY talk about bed bug land

Best value in Evansville
Best value in Evansville. Yes, overall there could be some cosmetic improvements but this is a great stay for the price. Breakfast is decent. Staff is friendly. Basic room has good square footage. Will stay again.

Will surprise you!
Hotel stay was extremely comfortable, quiet and pleasant. Price, location and amenities were perfect for a quick, relaxing, two day get away! Will definitely return and stay when in the area.

Rooms need to be cleaned better. Hotel needs to invest in new sheets and mattress covers.

Need cleaning
The lady checking in wasn’t very pleasant. She seemed like she could care less if she was there or not. Carpets could be shampooed as my feet got dirty walking around the room. The smell of marijuana was strong as I walked to my room. Just wasn’t pleasant at all.

Mrs. Grace is an Amazing woman shes so patient and very kind ive stayed there a few times and she has always been so nice and kind hearted I could go all day but she definitely needed to be recognized

Great and affordable place to stay
Such a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were very nice, and the breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but I feel like we had a lot of options, so my whole family enjoyed it . Definitely would stay again if we ever need to .

I wish the internet was better but the staff was great. It could use some renovation and updating, but who of us doesn’t need some updating. A good value still.

Facilities were clean and staff were friendly. Only thing I didn’t like was at check in they attempted to “upgrade” me to a suite that had only one bed and then a pullout chair vs the to queen beds in a standard room. Insinuating that they were out of the standard rooms as the reason for the upgrade. When I turned down the upgrade I was quickly given the room I booked. With two queen beds.

I was not able to check in even with a reservation through Expedia. After an hour of the Expedia rep attempting to clarify the situation, he rebooked me to another facility. If a manager had been available the situation would probably have been resolved. The person at the desk seemed to do all that she was capable or allowed to do, although she was not able to even receive an email from Expedia

I'd stay again
Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and spacious. The elevator and room did have a stale smell to it. It was a long walk from the elevator to our room 205. The showers have plenty of shampoo/conditioner in wall containers. The breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs were hard, the gravy was pasty, and the breakfast potatoes were hard/uncooked. I would recommend getting breakfast somewhere else. The hotel felt safe and secure. The area is close to shopping and convenient to the highway.
