Guest service was the bare minimum at best. The hotel was very nickel and dime and everytime I had a question for them they mentioned that I booked through Expedia and treated me like a leper. I requested early check and called ahead and they said it would be no problem. However, when I arrived they seemed put out by the early check in like it was a burden for them and charged me $30 for the privilege. The room was old and needed a refresh. The fridge's condenser was ticking over like a metronome the entire time i was there. They mentioned that there was breakfast in the morning between 6-9am. I went to go check it out and I was greeted by a lady reading the paper. When she acknowledged my presence she pointed out that Breakfast was $10- I was under the impression it was complimentary. I politely declined and then she replied that it wasn't much money. To me that was not the point. It was just awful communication and customer service. When I went to check out, I requested a copy of my bill and they stated that they couldn't because I had booked through Expedia. So if you want to stay at a hotel that doesn't provide any service or looks at you as if you are interrupting their day please by all means stay here.

The entire place is a nightmare. I was home for a funeral and I will be complaining for a refund. Holes in walls, broken toilet, smoke alarm, tv not working, remote not working , broken lights. Toilet coming off the wall shower rod falling off. I switched rooms and the were both equally horrible makes never wanna book a room through here again. $85 a night for garbage

Unclean rooms, extremely strong smell of cigarettes, elevators not functioning give that we were placed on the fourth floor, and most of the electrical appliances weren’t functioning. There was a broken light fixture hanging outside of our window that was a safety hazard.

Loved the quiet; came to celebrate locally the Thanksgiving holiday and stayed longer as a mini self-vacation. Breakfast is available only from 630-930AM so a little early for me, and costs with tax about 7$. Breakfast buffet style but left quite a bit to be desired in terms of quality. Service/Staff were wonderful. Will definitely stay at the property again when in the area.

The place was clean and presentable.. Every day we had a small thing that we needed assistance with. Keys didn't work. Had to walk back to desk to rekey. (Magnetic strip affected by close contact with phone). Ran out of kleenex and TP. Got one, not the other. Charge for breakfast buffet that others include in the price. Safe had to be replaced and a dresser cabinet door was loose and broke off the last day. Staff was always helpful and cheerful to attend to things. Also asked for regular coffee- there was none. Only decaf which they happily shared. It wasn't awful by any means- just a nuisance. It worked well enough for our stay.

No Smoking is Not Enforced
Tried to check in at 5:30, room wasn’t ready. When finally given a room, went to the floor and was immediately faced with the smell of weed throughout the entire floor. Tried to see if room was any better, was just as bad and didn’t have a pull out bed as advertised. Didn’t even stay, requested a refund and left.

This was a terrible experience. Checkin was awful and they didn’t put us in the room we intentionally booked for our party size. Had to spend additional time getting switched to the correct room after they sent us to the wrong one and then said they didn’t have the one we booked available because they didn’t have the cleaning staff. The front desk people seemed like they had absolutely no clue what they were doing. Rooms weren’t cleaned when door sign was put out for them to clean, our floor always smelled like someone was smoking weed. We will absolutely never stay here again.

Old and showing it age. I stated two nights, they didn't make the bed or empty to trash. Only one of the lamps worked. There is a snake pit of extension cords under the desk. If you want to use the Microwave you need to get down on your hands and knees, unplug the refrigerator. Only a few of the charging ports work. I had no interest in crawling around trying to sort out what plugs needed to swapped out. The only reason this place is still open is an electrical Inspector and or the Fire department has not been been there recently or they are afraid to go it.

The TV remote in the the room wasn't working I called to have it replaced and no one came. There was a stale smell in the room - as if it were unclean. The furniture is old and scrateced.

This stay was for convenience while we attended a wedding. The bathroom had holes in the wall and a light burned out. When we moved the foot rest there was a grape on the floor from previous guests. Upon arrival the clerk was not friendly for a greeting.

TV is only antenna connected, toilet wasn’t refilling after flush and needs fixed, outlets and lights don’t work on right side of be, refrigerator needs defrosted really bad cause ice build up is very large and cuts room down in it, bathroom sink doesn’t drain fast, and shower hot water takes time to turn warm and hot.

For the price it was okay. Everything was pretty worn and not kept up. Things needed to be replaced and given a good deep cleaning. But the rooms were serviceable enough. The couch in the room was comfortable for lounging. Comfy and clean bed and shower. For one night this worked for me.

The pictures don’t match what you get… sent me to an already occupied room.. then the room they gave me wasn’t what I reserved.. and then given a room that wasn’t what I needed

Room was not as described. No mattress in the sofa bed so unusable as a bed or sofa really. Bathroom was in need of updates, visible black mold in cracks around tub.

Seems like a family may have purchased the property and only doing the bare minimum to keep it running to make money. Extremely understaffed. Starting to get rundown. Ice machines were not functioning. AC in room was not working and not dehumidifying properly. usb for chargers in the room did not work. Outlets either didn’t work or were loose and not making proper contact. Good thing we were only there for one night and only there to sleep/shower.

Light on the side of bed didnt work it was in plugged because there is no outlet for it Wanted call the front desk and there was no phone on the room so I had to google them on my cell to call on my phone to the front desk They said the would take care of while we were out they did not Went to have a decaf coffee in the room Had to find an outlet to plug in the coffee machine but couldn’t use because there was no basket to hold the coffee pod Went. To the lobby because we saw coffee when we checked in but it was not decaf I went back to the room to get some money To buy a bottle of water I went to exercise and the machine on that floor was not plugged in So I went to the next floor and was guided by an employee to another machine and it ate my money with now water I go to the front desk and tell them that the machine ate my money and was told well those aren’t our machines I then told them again about the light the phone and the coffee brewer They finally sort of fixed the lamp and gave a basket for the brewer but no phone Obviously the place is not well maintained and the first clue is the sign in the elaborate That says some of our ice machines are on vacation so please call the front desk for ice
