호텔이 도로변이 있지 않아 조용한 편입니다. 하지만, 조용한 대신 주변에 부대시설이 전혀 없어 마트를 가거나 식사를 하기는 다소 불편합니다. 간단한 스낵이나 음료는 호텔에서 비싸지 않은 가격에 판매하고 있기는 합니다.

Super friendly staff, great central location. Older building so although very clean, the walls are super thin giving reduced privacy.

I was woken up at 2:30am by a terible drilling noise. I went go to the bathroom and was suprised ... no water. So I then went down to the lobby. To my surprise, the water was turned off because they had a maintence man installing a water line for a coffee maker AT 2:30am. The water remained down when I got back to the room. I asked for a compensation for the night and they told me to contact the manager, I asked for her card and emailed but never got a response. Vendor machine was down, so no snacks, and nothing around. They had hotel snacks for sale but it was extremely limited (like 4 candies) and (4 foodish items).

The property was not kept up. Our fireplace did not work. Staff was not helpful at all. Avoid this property.

All the staffs are excellent. The physical property itself is old and ineed of much extensive renovation. Included breakfast is a plus. But the foods quality is not as par as other Best Western. May be due to location ( Fairbanks, Alaska ). Our Chobani yogurt was solid frozen, the scrambled eggs was very dry. Not good at all. But staffs are friendly, helpful and excellent.

Only 3 starts because the description of my room said it had a jetted tub. After driving 6 hours this would have been nice. Had I known there was no jetted tub or jacuzzi I would have stayed elsewhere.

We got to see a couple moose right beside the parking lot! The staff were very sweet and helpful. It was quiet and set back in the woods so it made it seem more private.

Convenient location. Lot of space to park. Room was great size. Fire place did not work. They had free breakfast. Staff not very friendly especially at the desk. First night we had our music little high since we were in our vacation mode so staff called us and told us off also stating that we can get kicked out of the hotel. We found that rude as we were not even arguing.

The first two nights were fine, but the last three were horrible as a group of about a dozen or more young kids checked in with the parents. They were constantly running up and down the halls, slamming doors, yelling and screaming, and running up and down the stairs. We asked them several times along with talking to the parents about controlling their kids. We spoke to the staff at the hotel many many times but nothing was ever done. We lost sleep on three of the nights and at one point while talking to a hotel representative the parents of these kids late at night we're down in the lobby drinking beer and having pizza creating excessive noise in the hotel employee ended up screaming at them to leave as the hotel lobby was closed. The hotel needs to have more authority to shut down this behavior as the parents couldn't care less and let the kids run free up and down hallways and stairs for four straight days.

This property is tired. The furniture is worn and sagging --some pieces with large tears. There were unsafe puddles of water left on the floor around the check in desk from kids playing in and out of the pool near the lobby. There was a large bouquet of wilted, dead flowers sitting on the reception desk where you check in. On a happier note, the bed was comfortable and the staff was up preparing breakfast very early so I was able to have coffee before my 5 am cab ride arrived for the airport!

Only complaint is when other rooms shut their doors it may awaken you. Nice employees though and I like how even though your in the city you still feel secluded because of where its located in the Chena loop.

Queen Bed covers had many long black hairs across entire comforter & pillows. Bathroom had cracks in grout along floor tiles and the “roll in” shower meant there was no tub (I did not google the meaning prior), so water spread throughout the cracks and bathroom floor. The room was cool and comfortable, I slept like a rock the one night I stayed (night shift working).

The property was in decent shape for a Fairbanks Alaska hotel. However, the room amenities from the website do not match what the room actually had. Based off the website the fireplace room also had a jetted tub in the room listing but was not actually in the room. The bathroom was small and a tight space. One of the main reasons for me booking that room was for the jetted tub itself. Please ensure that the amenities are listed properly.
