I am sorry the office was closed briefly during breakfast - we sometimes do have our front desk agents assisting other guests early in the morning but they are usually back in the office within 15 minutes. I know this may not have helped in starting the day off right and we will do better next time. Hi Abdulrauf, thank you for the review! It looks like we got most things correct but there were some issues. After speaking with our staff, I think the problem was the early check in rather than early check out. We guarantee each reservation as available for check in at 3pm. The staff member was able to find a room available for a check in 3 hours early, but said room was not the same room type reserved. The change in price was due to the room upgrade rather than an early check in fee (which we wouldn't charge at noon). I'm sorry we were not able to communicate clearer on why the rate was different. I hope this clears things up a bit. We hope to host you again soon.
