Dear Shannon, things could suddenly break. I offered to change room, but you prefer to leave. The same day the technician came, changed the fan of the motor outside, and the Air conditioning was cooling again.Sorry for the unpredictable inconvenience. The bedrooms are around an open patio , so you can listen the guests ( 2 more) going in and out. Breakfast is served all together by the big table and often guests appreciate this to exchange their "adventures". This is not privacy for you. Anyway you liked the place because you took pictures around.

Happy you had a good stay in Arcavilla. To reach it, I always recommend to look for it (and save it) on google map and often guests arrive without problems, but I can understand it shouldn't be easy as there are not sign and no proper address in Antigua. From the pictures you can see that Arcavilla is on a steep hill having few steps, but I will specify in the description of the house for next guests booking their stay. Thank you for the advice!

Thank you for your review ! After heavy rain in the past days I had to treat the pool, but I couldn't as guests were always there and I try to use less chemical products as possible to have a good eye to guests, sorry !! I don't know what happened to the shudder as anybody mentioned to me. I always ask to let me know what is wrong to be ready to fix it !! As you wrote, I always try to look after my guests to have the best stay in Arcavilla and in Antigua
