Dear Mark, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the issues that you ran into, from the later check-in to the hot-tub being cold. Unfortunately the part we are waiting on is in very short supply nationwide and we are awaiting it's arrival. I have let the front desk staff know that they are to let guests know at arrival and that if they would like to cancel, we can absolutely do that with no penalty.
