Un Riad bellissimo, un'oasi di pace e tranquillità. Camera pulita, spaziosa e molto stilosa, letto comodo, combinazione vasca doccia enorme ed ottimi prodotti di cortesia. Colazione compresa veramente abbondante e golosa, personale gentile e molto premuroso, veramente un'ottima scelta.

The service here was absolutely incredible. The guys managing the hotel went above and beyond to welcome me and take care of me. I got horrible food poisoning while working in the countryside with farmers outside of Fes, and the guys took care of me as if I was their family, bringing me food and checking in on me and even giving me traditional Moroccan remedies. The place is also beautiful, and location is good. I am so grateful!

Seu palacio em Fez
Lindo riad, com tratamento gentil e caloroso de Brahim e usa equipe! Nos prepararam o jantar mais delicioso da viagem e as instalações justificam o nome de Palacio.

Een paleisje uit 1001nacht!
Wat een fijn en bovendien prachtig hotel aan de rand van de oude Medina! We kregen een gratis upgrade en de voltallige staf was tijdens ons 5-daagse verblijf allerhartelijkst en hulpvaardig. Een aanrader!

beautiful hotel, but room poorly planned
Beautiful riad, set around a lovely courtyard, a lovely rooftop terrace with a great view of Fes from it. The pool looked clean, although we didn't use it.On arrival we were kindly upgraded to a junior suite for the entire 6 night stay. Our room was huge, with a comfortable bed. The shower worked well with good hot water but the water was slow to drain away, even after they tried to fix it. We had a fridge with a minibar in the room. The wifi worked intermittently, so we couldn't stream Netflix, and there was no tv in the room. There was only 1 armchair for sitting the remainder were Moroccan bean bags & stools, which were decorative but impractical for sitting on for any length of time.

Meraviglioso!
Un Riad meraviglioso, completamente ristrutturato, ma che ha mantenuto la magia dei veri Riad autentici. Camere bellissime, pulite e confortevoli, una terrazza da cui ammirare la Medina di Fes e tutti gli spazi del Riad perfettamente curati e in stile. Ouadi il responsabile del Riad è una persona fantastica, ci ha regalato un soggiorno perfetto dandosi da fare tantissimo per ogni nostra esigenza.. Giorni indimenticabili !

酒店闹中取静，是喧嚣的菲斯老城最安静的一隅，给我们升级了套房，非常舒适。Ouady非常helpful，对每个客人都很热情，强烈推荐！

very pleasant experience
We had a stopover at Fes for just one night on our road trip from Casablanca to Marakech via Meknes and Volubilis.Ouady and his staff took excellent care for us. The place and rooms looked mostly like the pictures (I say mostly, because in photographs things sometimes are made to look bigger-- but this house has high ceilings, nicely decorated rooms and the courtyard is well apportioned). The view from the terrace was very good as well. Like in most places inside a medina-- you cannot drive right into the doors of the this hotel-- be prepared to call ahead so that they can send someone to guide and help you with the luggage. I found most travel related businesses and persons we dealt in Morocco with very professional and proactive-- they will contact you ahead of time, asking about your arrival time and location etc, they were (or tried to be-- sometimes traffic and other conditions such as the presence of the king in Marakech blocking off part of the center for hours get in the way) always on time. Ouady was no exception. In fact, the hotel overcharged me for an extra meal by mistake-- Ouady arranged to send me the refund to our hotel in Casablanca within a few hours. I would definitely recommend this place, we wish we had more time in Fes.

Sehr schönes Riad mit ausgesprochen freundlichen Personal. Speziell Ouady hat uns sehr oft ausgeholfen! Nach einem hektischen Medina Ausflug war das Riad immer ein Ruhepol. Super: kostenloses Zimmerupgrade nachdem während unseres Aufenthalt nicht so viel los war

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Fes!
Das Hotel ist wunderschön und gut gelegen. Es wäre sicher etwas schwer zu finden wobei sich der Manager persönlich darum bemüht das man vom Taxi abgeholt und auch wieder hin gebracht wird. Die Zimmer sind ein Traum mit riesigen Badezimmern. Wenn man die Möglichkeit hat sollte man Abends auf der Terrasse essen. Die Terrasse ist absoluter Wahnsinn!

Horrifying stay
I reached there after a long train from Marrakech. The taxi didn't know the address and called the riad for direction but the surprise was that they refused to give directions to the taxi and said they're not expecting any guests. After following Google maps and the help of random people for directions I continued my way to the riad on foot with my luggage. I struggled to find my way on the narrow and dark alleys of Fes at night. I rang the bell and a young man opened the door (he was probably 15-17 years). I explained that I have a reservation he said they don't have any booking. I waited by the door till he called the manager. Then I was welcomed in and spoke to the manager on the phone. He assured me that they didn't receive the booking details but he will be at the riad to fix the situation in the morning. I stayed in the riad all alone (except for the teenage boy and his young brother). The riad was upside down. Dirty, messed up and definitely not set for guests. It is a shame since it is a lovely place but run so poorly. I stayed there for 2 nights even though I really wanted to run away. I didn't feel safe and didn't feel welcomed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Hello Ms Rasha, First of all, we didn't received your reservation because Expedia has sent your Booking email to our email ex manager; not to the hotel... the boy is 22 years old not 17. you say that the riad was dirty but it's not true. As the hotel is empty I made you a Upgrade and I gived you a suite. And also I preapre you a diner even all shops closed because it was our big Party "Aid El Kbir" And I remember before you leave I asked if you spend a good stay and you tell me of course nice. So I'm not agree with this bad comment, if you see others comments in TripAdviser just good and corrects comments. Anyway Sorry and I hope to do my best next time. Thank you.
