Отель находится далеко от пляжа, невыносимо тяжело подниматься к отелю с дороги, идёшь почти лёжа. Пешком до пляжа не добраться, натерли все пальцы на ногах. Вай фай не ловит нормально на всей территории отеля, постоянно выкидывает из сети. Завтраки однообразные и невкусные, меню обеда и ужина тоже не супер, хорошо делают пасту и равиолли, мясо не вкусное вообще. Персонал невоспитанный, менеджеры тоже. По приезду наша бронь была продана без уведомления в тридорого другому гостю, пришлось 3 дня жить в служебном помещении. Единственное достоинство - это бассейны, красивый вид, приятно купаться и загорать. Номера маленькие, без балкона, пляжные полотенца не меняли. Рум сервиса нет, мини бара тоже. Даже минеральной воды в номере не было.

Economy oda aldık ancak fotoğraf da gösterilen odayla uzaktan yakından Alakası yoktu eğer rezervasyon yapacaksınız oteli arayıp özellikle sormanızı tavsiye ederim diğer yönlerden ise parasına göre otel diyebiliriz çok bi beklenti olmazsa güzel.

Otel konum itibariyle harika. Orman ve doğa ile iç içe. Ama bu durum böcek ve sürüngenler için çok uygun ortam sunuyor. İlk gün giriş kapısı önünde yılan, 2. gün banyoda 10 cm kırkayak bulduk. Temizlik düzenli yapılmasına rağmen odadaki nem kokusu kalıcı olmuş. Tesisin biraz yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Çalışanlar oldukça ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Havuz ve restoran idare eder.

First of all this was my second visit to this hotel after my first trip in 2017. But this time everything was different. The most wanted in a vacation is a relaxation and a good service and a free mind and this what the property could not provide. Especially with this bad management and the bad manager who seems like a wrestler not a hotel manager. We faced many issues during the three days of stay, first of all the bad service and the bad communication with the manager and the reception who does not speak english. I remember that 2 years ago there was a guy who could spoke English and Russian as well. Unfortunately he wasnt there now. Its not a cheap hotel according to Oludeniz hotels rates. Second there was no internet for three days, just u could catch some Wifi on the pool and not all the time. And when i was daily mentioning that to the the hotel manager he was so neutral and replying we have sent email to Turkcell. Thirs on saturday night 12/07 the hotel have sent a letter mentioning that on 13/07 there will be the wedding of the hotel manager and the pool will close at 2pm for the hotel. Actually we were sad to hear that as we dont have another plan to do. But we were sure that the hotel could make some compensation for that On 13/07 the day of the wedding we knew that there is no compensation, and we knew in the evening that its not the Hotel manager wedding, and they were lying maybe for this just to make some gains for the hotel by arranging weddings in the hotel

First of allthe person who you are writing about is the front office manager and he speaks six different languages and the other peersons working at the reception speak also very fluent english.İt really was the wedding of our manager on the 13 th and we have informed every guest in our hotel about this by sending a text to all the rooms.We do not have to componsate anything about this matter.You are lying about all the matters you have written as well as your name and we will prove this.İt is normal that you did not like to service this is acceptable but you do not need to lie about all the othet matters. Our advice to you please do not lie about anything and be always honest. Finally we wish you all the luck and health in your life.

Hayatımda geçirdiğim en kötü otel deneyimiydi. Telefon ile teyit alıp rezervasyon yaptırdığım oda verilmedi. Alt katta aşırı rutubet kokulu, rengi sarıya dönmüş çarşaflı, kirli duş havlulu, kapı kolları paslı bir oda verildi. Değiştirmelerini söylediğimde yer olmadığını ve yapacak birşey olmadığını söylediler. Resepsiyonda duran otel müdürü selamınıza bile karşılık vermiyor. Duşta sıcak su gelmesi için 15 dakika beklemeniz gerekmekte. Paramızla rezil olmanın ne demek olduğunu gördük. Tek güzel şeyi kahvaltı bölümündeki manzara.

Lovely hotel with beautiful flowers and trees everywhere and perfect views over Oludeniz from the balcony, restaurant and pool. My favourite part was the peaceful spring water pool surrounded by tropical plants with dragonflies and butterflies flying about and the occasional peacock gracefully passing by, Fantastic fresh buffet breakfast with enough variety to eat something different every day, there were even walnuts picked from the hotel grounds on our last few days. All the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly and Omer and Nazife on reception were always happy to helo with any requests. The only downside for me was not being able to walk to the beach, although the hotel put on a shuttle service between 10-11 and 4-5. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, I just wish I had spent more evenings eating in the hotel restaurant which was very good reasonably priced food.

A lovely and relaxing stay, a great location with the hotel spread over on a mountain. Omer at reception was very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely clean spacious room with a great view. Scenic pool area and restaurant with wonderful service except for a small lapse at breakfast time. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again when next in town.

Otelin konumu harika. Odadaki pencerenizden dışarıya baktığınızda sizi, yemyeşil bir orman manzarası karşılıyor. Restaurantın manzarası mükemmel! Tüm Ölüdeniz ayaklarınızın altında. Biri kaynak suyuyla doldurulan mağara havuzu olmak üzere iki adet şahane havuzu var. Odaların temizliği ve genişliği çok güzel. Paradise Garden is an apt name. In my opinion, this place surpassed my expectations. The grounds and the 2 pools are magical, especially the unique cave pool. The staff are super friendly and my room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant is lovely and the prices and variety are great. There are a lot of steps and slopes so maybe not practical for those with mobility issues plus it's on a busy main road which is dangerous to cross if you use the bus. Thank you, I've had a heavenly holiday and hope to be back.

ゲートからエントランスさらに部屋までがとても遠く坂道。足を怪我していたのでとても辛く大変でした。ビーチに行くための送迎バスもなく、ローカルバスに乗るために道路行くまでも坂道をだいぶ下らなければいけなく、帰りはさらにたいへんです。眺めは良いが敷地内の移動手段を何度かして欲しかったです。

Okay experience
We booked this hotel for 3 days and we really didnt enjoy our stay. The room was meh and had very old furniture and stuff. The staff was not very welcoming either. They were not very helpful. The toiletries were not provided every day. We had to ask the cleaning lady when we ran out of our own on 3rd day. Hotel Restaurant food is okayish too. The only thing good abt it is the pools. The pools have a very resort sort of a feeling to it and the view from the hotel is beautiful as well.

Nice views and grounds but in need of a facelift
Excellent location with dramatic views of the Belçekız beach and mountains beyond. Five-minute taxi ride to the beach costs ₺15 in July 2018. Hotel operates shuttles as well in the morning towards Belcekız with return trips in the afternoon. Breakfast is nice and typically Turkish. For dinner, I suggest looking for another place in the town. Facilities are OK with 2 swimming pools. The grounds are large but looks like they are half-finished. With proper landscaping and better maintained rooms, this could easily be a top rated hotel.

Do not even think about it without a car
This is an absolutley amazing location however you will literally be walking uphill for around 10-15 mins if u dont have a car. All the rooms are positioned on the 30000m2 mountain site. Parking is limited and it does cause some frustration especially when u get to the top and realise u cant park or turn around. The views are stunning. The room was huge and comfy..not modern one bit but perfectly acceptable. The breakfast is varied and plentiful and we had a lovely meal in the restaurant on one evening which i would give 5* The receptionist was lovely on arrival and the cleaning lady very helpful with organising extra bedding. The parking and rough terrain must be considered and advertised but if you dont mind a hike this is a wonderful retreat. The pools are great. Plenty of sunbeds available. No loud music..no bright neon lights. Very tranquil and away from the hustle and bustle of olu deniz. Wouldnt stay again as we found it too steep and we have 3 children who i was constantly worrying about falling down or squeezing through a gap in the railings, and falling down the cliff, but glad we had the experience. Its a very good hotel but a few issues they could sort out. This could be a 5* hotel or even a health retreat. The land and rooms are perfect for it. We had a huge room with a queen bed two singles and 2 sofa beds. We also had a jacuzzii bath and fridge and a giant outside sofa seating area on the balconywhich were unexpected! I wouldve appreciated a kettle and a cup.

Hotel review
It was a perfect place to stay where there isn’t much noise. You will need to take a taxi to the beach or there are services in the morning which drop you off. There are very steep hills so you need to be good with walking. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel prices are not very high compared to other places. The hotel has a lot of trees etc. So there is plenty of oxygen. There are two pools and the water is great.

Zimmer sind OK, kein außergewöhnlicher Comfort. Nur türkische Kanäle im TV, WIFI war recht gut/stabil. Zwei sehr schöne Pools, ruhige Anlage, freundliches Personal. Shuttel des Hotels fährt morgens zwischen 10 und 11h ins Zentrum, andernfalls kommt man von der Straße aus gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zum Meer bzw. auch ins Zentrum.

Very cosy hotel
Very nice hotel with great garden surrounding, however it's is on a hill so be prepared and wouldn't recommend for elderly people. 2 lovely swimming pools with great views and the restaurant is really nice overlooking the beach and shops. Staff are friendly and the beach shuttle is between 10-1am which is not very handy. Taxi to the beach will cost you 15 lira each way. Overall I would use this hotel again as it's away from the busy zone and great for relaxing.

Best pools and gardens. Quiet hotel
I arrived late and was met by Cengiz and Rosie who were both welcoming. Offered a coffee before being shown my room and given the wifi code. Basic room above reception which I would say is in need of a little updating and the grouting in the bathroom replacing. Breakfasts were amazing. The pools were magical. The gardens were beautiful. The view down from the restaurant was stunning in the morning and evening. So quiet with the occasional vehicle noise. I had dinner my first night at the hotel and was disappointed as there wasn't a menu for choice and I had to ask for a drink. Cengiz was happy to take me into the main area the following evening and Rosie discussed where would be good so I wasn't hassled. Sadly I had to leave the hotel as the season ended earlier and Cengiz sorted it. The hotel is on a steep hill so you can't walk into town and depending on where your room is some may find it steep walking to the restaurant and pools.

Steps everywhere very hilly my husband hadn't long had an Ankle operation so it wasn't the best place to book for him we managed haven't just got back temperature s at this time of year are intense the food was overall good the staff where very helpful and friendly the public beach is the best waters are so clear €30 for 2 bed and a umbrella plenty of excellent places to eat in town apparently the hotel driver will take you down into the town and to the beach I would recommend this hotel to young or able bodied people just wasn't for us
