호텔 천장에서 물이 뚝뚝, 고쳐달라고 전화해도 오자않고, 와이파이는 안터져서 정보도 찾아볼수 없고, 커피포트도 없고, 직원 또한 불친절하고 융통성이 떨어지네요~

Wir sind seid 2015 jedes Jahr in Fethiye / ölüdeniz aber dieses Jahr waren wir enttäuscht.Wir waren für 2 Wochen im Hotel. Hatten gebucht halb Pension. Frühstück war alles in Ordnung jedoch das Abendessen bekommt man nicht mal normales Wasser. Komischer weise ist die Maschine defekt. Auf Ansprache ist es nicht in packet drine . Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der Lage nur gebucht .Die Zimmer sind aber schrecklich. Überall Schimmel die Wände sind nass . Die Tür zur Toilette defekt ging nicht richtig zu. Das Bett total ungemütlich. Nacht Kommode war defekt . Balkon Möbel gerissen.

Ein maximal 2,5 Sterne Hotel
Sehr schöne Lage, sehr schöne Zimmer. Das Essen war richtig schlecht, das „Gym“ ein Witz und das Personal war im Schnitt Anfang 20 und ungelernt. Maximal ein 2,5 bis 3 Sterne Hotel!

Kamer was op het eerste oog meteen al vies, er zaten letterlijk haren in mijn bed, op de muren van de badkamer echt overal. De shampoo en conditioner flesjes in de badkamer waren ook al half gebruikt en oud. Heb deze dingen al meerdere malen aangegeven maar er werd weinig aan gedaan. Kortom niet echt bepaald mijn beste verblijf.

Good stay but improvement needed
Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel but note that this is not a 4 star hotel but 3. + The pool and views from the deck are superb; + The staff is kind; + The breakfast is better than what we thought. - The tropical suite next to the Sertil hotel are much bigger but very old and should be renovated with updated facilities; - We were also not able to take the shuttle as it was always full; - We do not recommend to take the diner; - The staff is very young and has a lack of experience.

The property was great, however the room we stayed in needs a bit of updating. The toilet was leaking and the bathroom door Squeaks so bad you had to leave it open because it would wake someone up. Other then that, the place was great and convenient to downtown. 3 pools we amazing and quiet.

It’s an OK hotel.
Overall is a good hotel. Room (Tropical Deluxe Garden View Room) was very spacious which was good, but unfortunately I found 4 spiders in the room, and it didn’t seemed like cleaned at all. The bed as well was not really comfortable. Also the toiletries provided were old and it did not look good for a 4star hotel. Gym is very old too, machines and weights not in good condition. The only thing I really liked was the pool and the view from there. That’s about it.

Staff were very friendly, however, room was inadequate, service was poor, electrical faults, water faults - I wouldn’t class this as 4 star more like average 3stars - the view from the hotel was amazing - laundry service incompetent - personally wouldn’t stay here again

Pictures of this hotel are deceptive. The hotel is not well maintained and is much older than shown on the photos. We did not have a good experience checking into this hotel which ruined the vacation vibe. We had booked a swim up room with a sea view that was paid fully weeks prior to arrival, however they gave us a different room in a different building than the main hotel. When we complained they tried to justify that a sea view is not guaranteed but when they saw it was clearly stated in our reservation they offered a different room in the main building, which once again was not sea view and the room was under renovation! We didn’t agree and “suddenly” they were able to find the appropriate room we booked under the guise that someone else was supposed to check in but they changed their room. Our room had no towels and we had to go to the reception several times to finally get towels sent to our room. The restaurant buffet (both breakfast and dinner) was terrible. Upon checkout, they tried to charge us an extra $2500 for dinners and drinks at their restaurant that we did not use. They ended up cancelling those charges because there were obviously no signed receipts available to prove the purchases. The only positive attribute of this hotel is the view. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Our air conditioning did not work well and had to ring reception a few times. We were on the rooftop so our room was stifling but only had sheers, no block out blinds. The floor around the drinks station at breakfast was always flooded so constantly was slippery and dangerous.

This is a beautiful hotel just on the outskirts of Oludeniz, very close to the mountain cable car. The hotel was lovely, comfortable with the most amazing views of the mountains and the sea. Beds really comfortable, staff could not do enough and the breakfast was out of this world. I had a Hamann and massage in the Spa and it was the best I have ever ever had. Great value for money but still luxury.

Hotel com problemas que não deveriam ocorrer num suposto 4 estrelas. Box do banheiro quebrado e sem porta, a cada banho alagava tudo, porta do banheiro trincada, ausência de cortina black-out, wifi não funcionou no quarto, só em áreas comuns, vista da sacada não condiz com a descrição do quarto, check in ruim, sem informação, nem ao menos onde seria o café da manhã. Além disso, apesar de estar na Turquia, a moeda referência no hotel era libra esterlina. Ao solicitar troca do quarto me foi oferecido um quarto inferior e sem vista, sem qq outra opção a não ser um monte de toalhas pra deixar no chão. Apesar de tudo hotel bonito e bom café da manhã, talvez não tivemos sorte. Não consegui carregar as fotos, problemas no app

Phenomenal view and an absolutely beautiful hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff & concierge. It is also a short walk away from the dolmus stops, and taxis on call waiting 40 feet away if you would prefer a taxi.

Views to die for!
What an amazing stay. Even with a few hiccups Rose made everything as comfortable as possible! I can’t thank her enough for her hospitality. The views from the swim room balcony are exceptional. The staff we so polite and kind. Will be back in the summer for another visit ❤️

We had a great stay at this property. We had the swim up room which we loved! The view was unbeatable. Pool water was cold but it was October so to be expected. It’s close to the main beach by car, about 10 mins. The staff were helpful and nice. Only downside was the shower had a slight leak and water would be all over the floor after, but otherwise no complaints.

Schlechter Service und katastrophales Badezimmer
Das Zimmer war eine reine Katastrophe, vor allem das Badezimmer. Es hatte ein Fenster ins Schlafzimmer, bei welchem man die Lamellen nicht schliessen konnte. So musste man quasi mit Blickkontakt seinen Toillettenbesuch erledigen. Die Dusche hatte keine Türe und somit wurde das Badezimmer bis ins Zimmer überflutet. Die Badezimmertüre war defekt und hatte Splitter/Risse in der Glastüre. Die Zimmer sind ringhörig. Ich habe alles nach dem Check-in gemeldet und gemacht wurde vorerst nichts. Noch schlimmer, die Rezeptionistin CANSEL war unfreundlich, gelangweilt, genervt und gleichzeitig mit einem verheirateten Gast am flirten (sehr unprofessionell). Sie war auch immer am Handy, während ich mein Problem schilderte. Die einzig wirklich positive und freundliche Person war Herr Mertcan. PS: Anstatt nach mehrmaligem Melden der Umstände uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben, haben sie ein Leinentuch über das Fenster (Bad/Schlafzimmer) genagelt. Dieser Service hat bestimmt keine 4* verdient.
