장점 : 가격 생각하면 합리적인 시설입니다만 단점: 여행시기에 따라 호불호가 있겠지만 제가 숙박할때에는 밤늦게 까지 현지인들 소음이 굉장했습니다. 새벽2시까지 시끄러운 음악과 noise 로 인해 4일 잠자리중 3일을 귀마게 없이는 잠을 청할수 없었습니다.

Old. No amenities in our room. We had to ask for towels. No soap. No tea/ coffee. Untidy. Had a uraemic smell.Basicall old building and not well maintained.

Gracious staff and owner, and convenient location!
The stay was great as we were walking distance to the market with fresh fruits, etc. Also very walkable in town and close to the University. The staff was so helpful and attentive -- so appreciate that! Also, the owner was very gracious to let us have a late check out based on departure time at the airport. Thanks for everything including the awesome recommendation to the Indiana Cafe for Indian food!

We needed a good budget room for the night prior to flying out of Nadi and Al-Minhaj didn't disappoint. The room was spacious and clean and close to good eateries. The staff were very friendly and helpful and happily accommodated all our needs.

We stayed in these apartments on two separate nights and both times the apartment was clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and offer decent cooking facilities and a washing machine in each bathroom. It's also close to the airport. However, as the name suggests, the rooms are geared more to Indo-Fijians or others of Asian heritage, and are also mostly used as longer term stays. We found the bed was unusually firm for Western preferences. Management initially seemed unprepared for our booking, which appears to go through Expedia, but their response was much better on our second visit. They also organised a reasonably priced and reliable driver for us.

Staff more busy on their phones than helping customers. If asked for something for the room said yes we'll bring it but was never done. Had to go back 3 times for one request.

All the people that work at this place are wonderful. They go out of their way to help and make you feel welcome for the duration of your stay. This is the perfect place for travelers who want to have a real taste of Fijian culture and Fijian people.

Fiji is a place full of happy people! The Al Minaje is no exception. The apartments are nice but could always be cleaner especially with respect to crawlers...We saw a few in both places we stayed on the property. The people are amazing. Shout out to Rosie, Gerry & Voate, thank you for your kindness and great attitudes :-) We miss you all already!

From the time I checked in till I checked out everything about this hotel has been marvelous. The staffs at the reception was sooo welcoming and friendly. A special thanks to Jeremy for using his day off to spend with my showing me around Nadi and namaka town. Would definitely recommend this place and looking forward to staying at your hotel again.

Wonderful stay at the heart of Martintar, Nadi. Conveniently located and well maintained property. The staff is friendly and courteous. Special mention to Adi and Selai who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The property owner Mr Minhaj too time out to see that we were well cared for. I will definitely recommend this property to all visitors and consider it in my future travels.

Location and environment very depressing. Staff are capable to handle all problems but not very much cooperative and keen to help due to lack of communication skills.

Fine for a quick stop over but cleanliness could have been improved. Was not located near the other hotels in Nadi and next time I would choose one of those instead to be closer to restaurants etc

Did not have Epedia booking on hand at check in. Had to ring elsewhere to get approval from Supervisor. Very noisy due to building works. Someone decided to fix adoor at 3.30am by using a hammer. Stay out of Nadi Town if you want a good night's sleep.

空港からタクシーでもF$10以下と便利です。
ナマカマーケットにも、スーパーにも近くて便利です。 リゾートエリアでは無いので、暮らす様な旅のお好きな方にオススメです。 実際に、私は、このアパートを使うのは二回目です。設備備品は、大雑把に揃っていればいい、足らないのは何とかする位の気持ちで行けば楽しめます。

self contained means have decent amount of dishes 2 pots all bent my dog won't drink from that pot we didn't cook because the Rangwood was dirty as only 2 spoon 2 plate I won't regimen to anyone to stay there

HAT’S UP TO YOUNG MINHAJ!!!!
Nice apartment, fully equipped kitchen, clean with everything that we needed...TV, Internet. This is not a coincidence that the place is called El Minhaj...The young owner’s name is Minhaj (21 years old) and he is doing a great job with customer service...we arrived after a catastrophic rain storm where the whole city was separated from the rest of the island with no electricity...never the less, young Minhaj was on the ball taking care of customers and suppliying generayor power for water pump to have water for shower and candels to supply light... finally power came back and he was generous enough to help me find food even late at night...tremendous customer service...close to Nadi airport and 10 minutes from the city...would definitely stay there again..

Relatively new apartments, clean, well appointed and good friendly service by all staff. Owner manager is very business oriented and wants to make a good impression on his guests and was very successful for us. The facility has a pool which is clean and cool and has a covered seating area for protection from the sun and occasional rains. Wifi was available at extra cost per day and was as good as it gets in Fiji. It worked well most of the time but during business hours, Vodofone has a bit of trouble keeping up. We did have two minor problems, propane ran out and the power panel failed but both were serviced and working in minutes. Apartment comes with dishes, utensils and cooking pots & pans so you can cook your own meals from truly, fresh produce bought at the Namaka Market 200 meters down the street. There is also a market just around the same corner for meats and other needs. For those who don't want to cook, there are restaurants in the area though I can't comment on these for quality. Parking is limited but there is a security person who keeps guard all night on any vehicles connected to the apartment. The apartment is also located just off the Kings Highway and has easy access to Nadi Town, Airport and the two main roads to the north and south of the island. The orchid gardens, ziplines and other facilities are also close at hand. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The office was closed when I arrived at about 6:00 pm. (Too late to get wifi. ). The door wouldn't lock properly because the pieces were not aligned, didn't feel very safe. The person who greeted me with the key was some kind of temporary guy who didn't seem to know much and wash just hanging around outside. He didn't inspire confidence. However, he was still there when I left at 6:00 am so I was able to hand in my key card and he was nice enough to walk up to the main road for me in order to flag down a taxi to the airport, as the office was still closed. The property no long offers airport pickup services.
