Upon arrival we were told they did not have a room for us and would be staying at the property next door which is advertised as holiday apartments. That property, while quiet, was not up to standard or what we were expecting and I would have never chosen to stay there or pay the same price as we did. First room had several issues (torn sheets, broken lock, broken fan, smelled bad). We were given another room but the cleanliness was questionable (sand in bed, no hot water in either room, taps wouldn’t turn off, no shower head, etc). I called Expedia for a refund but bc I chose the pay at location option, was at the mercy of the property. They said we could have a free breakfast to accommodate us, which we said was insufficient (also we had no time to eat and there’s already a complimentary continental breakfast). They refunded $40. If they could not fulfill the booking I think they should have the responsibility to inform guest ahead of time so that we can make other arrangements vs staying somewhere unsuitable. Because we arrived at 7pm and were leaving early the next morning we were more or less stuck staying there and wasted. Bunch of time figuring out the rooms. Based on them not fulfilling the room we booked I would not go back.

Few issues in my stay 1- first day i checked in. AC was leaking and water in the floor when i got there i got told in the reception my room got updated which clearly wasnt the case. I was there for 1 night. Shower was leaking and not cleaned. Tap was loose in the basin. 2- when i checked back in on monday for 2 nights room was good. Last night i went to the reception and asked if they could book a taxi for me for 5am for airport dropoff i got told its done. When i went down this morning at 4:50am same girl was in the reception and not been done and cleqrly she had forgotten she asked the security to go look for a taxi in the shopping area he came back saying thwrws no taxis there so she called a taxi which by the time was past 5am. Luckily a guy i knew had rental and was heading to the airport so he gave me a lift so i told the girl to cancel the taxi service she was really grumpyand said okay. If i hadnt met that guy i would have been late to the airport. I found it really bad customer service in general in my stay there.

Great budget hotel close to Nadi airport with a free shuttle bus service. Good size room. Lovely gardens and nice swimming pool. The staff were helpful and friendly too.

Bed bugs my arms are covered with bites when I told the staff nothing happened very poor conditions would definitely not recommend to others

夜に着いたが、フロントスタッフの態度が悪かった。ベッドにダニがいたため、強烈な痒みに襲われて一時間で起きた。その後、一晩中痒くて眠れなかった。ベッドで横になることもできなかったため、疲れだけがたまった滞在だった。

Located next to nightclubs. Very small and stuffy room. Tv reception was terrible. Aircondition not very efficient. Wouldnt stay here for long period. Okay for one night stopover.

Didnt sleep well, you can hear the music from the bars outside until 2am. Rooms are not maintained,especially the bathroom. No elevator, you have to purchase the internet connection, as well as the television shows.

I like the unlimited time for swimming pool. My bedroom appear tidy and need however the cockroach in the toilet and sink is unbelievable! Towels appear clean but stain on towels put me off to use it. Limited access to kitchen eg fork and knife Unable to use outside facility to enjoy food from family and visitors. I been told to stay in my bedroom This facility spoil my holiday and I never used this or recommended to any human. This is one of the worse holiday I ever experience

空港送迎ありからこのホテルをチョイスしましたが、事前にホテルに電話予約をしなければならず、メールを送信しても返事は帰ってきませんでした。仕方なく国際電話で確認をしました。空港からの送迎は問題ありませんでしたが、空港への送迎で10時30分お迎えと伝えられたので、9時30分にチェックアウトしてエントランスで待っていました。 9時40分に前日送迎車の運転手ジョージさんがエントランスに到着したので挨拶をしましたが、素通りしたためまだ私のお迎えではないと思いさらにエントランスで待つことになりました。 10時30分を過ぎてもお迎えが来ないのでフロントに確認しましたがもう少しお待ちくださいとの回答。 11時を過ぎてもお迎えは来ないため再度フロントに確認したところ、すでにお迎えの時間は過ぎたため運転手は12時まで戻ってこないと伝えられました。 空港でのチェックインの時間が迫っているため、やむなくタクシーを手配してもらいましたが、そこにジョージさんが帰ってきました。 私はジョージさんに空港まで送るよう伝えましたが、フロントの女性があなたはタクシーを手配したのでタクシーに乗らなければならない。と言ってジョージさんにはあなたは送迎しなくていいと伝えてました。 結局20ドル支払ってタクシーで空港まで移動しました。 20ドル返してください。

This is a great place for a stop-over from the airport. The continental breakfast was good. However, if you are looking to do much outside of the hotel, the location leaves a bit to be desired. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, shower had good pressure.

The staff are nice and helpful. It’s small but location is good. No view but convenient as it is close to restaurants and supermarket. And there is a nice pool too. Also night clubs are in the neighbourhood. But the hotel itself needs some renovation, especially the bathroom and the shower. It’s very hard to turn off the water tightly enough so there is always water dripping off. And the shower cabinet also may have a leakage as the floor is always wet… needed to change room which were done pretty easily after the staff checked these problems

First night, we had bed bugs. Got bitten. Was moved to another room. Couldn't sleep whole night. Walked away the next day to another hotel. This hotel should not be marketed as all. I just walked away even though I had paid for stay in advance/non-refundable.

We moved to three different unit with luggage, but saw 4, the first room what we had there were lots of small Cockroaches on the kitchen sink we stayed in that unit for 1 night. It was too many so we made a complaint to the reception and we moved to another unit, same problem having Cockroaches on the kitchen sink, and moved to another unit after sometime we found there is a big leakage in the air conditioner and water was dripping from Ac, and the room was flooded so we moved again in the same night we moved to a another room there the bathroom was fully flooded with water leaking from the shower floor and collects in the bathroom floor and no were to drain. We were there for 4 nights. The Hotel, The pick up - drop off, the Staff and everything was excellent and the Breakfast was very good but they should have different menu every day. We had same breakfast, for 4 days. Weetbix, banana, pineapple, Orange Juice, bread butter and Jam, Corn flakes, Tea, Coffee. All Good. The only problem is, they need some maintenance, and PEST CONTROL is must.

Booked and was charged for a Delux room but was given a standard room. Book the Delux as it was advertised as wheelchair accessible. It was a struggle to move in the standard room and I couldn't access the bathroom. On arrival was told credit cards couldn't be used as the staff member who processes the payments was on medical leave. Don't think I will stay there again after this experience.

The bathroom shower is running slow on room 222 and at least put some spoons to eat and cups and also I bought this room online for 51$ and when I went to book I saw 101$ on the receipt…so I’m confused??? Where my money went? I think that’s all

No free wifi, the bathroom is old and the tub was not clean. It was very noisy through the night.
